Room needs new air filters; they need to be changed. Room needs more towels in master room. Walls need to be painted; they are scarred up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third visit to Destin and our second stay at Sterling Sands. I am often asked why I drive 10+ hours from Miami to go to the beach when zi have Miami Beach 25 minutes away. She imply put, the water, temperature, and overall relaxing and laid back vibe of Destin can’t be beat. Our condominium was comfortable and well maintained. The only hiccup in this visit was the steps to enter the pool were very slippery and my wife fell suffering a bad knee sprain which required a visit to the ER. I personally witnessed two people who slipped and almost fell.

Huge space, great views, it was just perfect for us, no complaints. If anything, maybe the only one being no coffee maker, just a Keurig - but we adapted and bought pods. All good! We'll hopefully be back.

Overall, the condo is very nice, but is a little tired here and there. There was not enough blankets on the beds and could had used better bedding but overall the condo was great!

We were very impressed with the property, location, beach access and cleanliness.The condo was perfect size for the amount family we had staying. The staff was very helpful by letting us check in a few hours ahead of check in time and they were able to give us an extra hour for check out which helped with our travel arrangements for that day. The staff that handled access to the pool, maintenance and security were all very pleasant and helpful. There was only one issue with our stay. We had 6 adults staying in the condo and had no coffee maker. The coffee make was not working so we informed the staff at front desk multiple times and nothing was done about it having it replaced, so we went the whole week without being able to make coffee in the condo. We had to go to the coffee shop across the street in order to have coffee daily. Other than that, we were very pleased and would stay at this location again in Destin.

Booking was easy and the place magnificent will be back and try to get same unit
