Spacious Family Retreat in Clearwater Beach

Big clean apartment. We enjoyed our stay.

This condo was perfect for my family of 5 adults. It is very spacious and has all the things you’ll need for a relaxing stay. Very close everything in walking distance. The pool was nice when you’ve had enough of the beach and sand. All the items needed for cooking to spend time together and save money from eating out all the time. Very easy check-in process- the host was timely with replies. Parking right onsite! Will definitely book here again!

Condo was just as it appeared in the pics. Generally clean and very spacious. A very short walk to the beach and restaurants/shopping. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or issues we had.

This condo is absolutely wonderful! Large enough for our family of 5 to spread out, and beautifully maintained. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. This was the perfect getaway for us!

Spacious and very comfortable with homely feeling to it .

This condo perfectly fit the needs of our family of 5. There is a spacious kitchen/dining/living area combination, so there was plenty of community and individual space. The space is extended just beyond the living area onto the bowed balcony that also has access from the master bedroom, and includes tables and lounges for more community and privacy choices. There are 3 bedrooms with spacious closets and plenty of dressers for storage. There are also 3 bathrooms with both shower and bath combinations. As mentioned in the description, the beach, and Beach Walk, are a short walking distance (2 blocks with sidewalks and pedestrian crossing) There you will find no-hassle beach umbrellas and cabanas, both providing 2 loungers, to rent for the day. Also supplied by the host is a beach umbrella and chairs, if you choose to bring your own. Just down the beach is Pier 60 with its nighttime vendors and local performers, concession, playground, and outdoor activities for the kids. Sunset here is not to be missed! Across the street from the beach you'll find many restaurants, bar and grills, quick bites and stores. All of this is within easy walking distance from the condo. A start up supply of soap, shampoo and paper products are provided, along with coffee and laundry detergent and dryer sheets. We found the rest of our what we needed at the Publix grocery store, about 1.5 miles away (app. 5 mins driving) Sergei was easy to communicate with and provided the information we needed.

We took our family on a beach trip and stayed at this condo and really enjoyed it! The condo is very spacious and clean. The owner Sergei was very quick to respond with questions. Definitely reccomend.

Stayed 7 wonderful days in this beautifully appointed condo! The condo was great for a relaxing visit to Clearwater with friends. The unit was in a good location - close to beach and restaurants, but was very quiet. Spent some time by the pool - which was kept very clean. Owner was welcoming and responsive to our inquiries. Thank you for a marvelous week! We hope to return next year!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Clearwater Beach condo! The space is incredibly spacious—2200 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which made it perfect for our group. Just a short walk to the beach, the location couldn’t be better. The condo was spotless, cozy, and super comfortable—everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was beyond gracious and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. 5 stars all the way!

This location was super clean, safe, and quiet. There's covered parking and an elevator (which is convenient for the elderly or handicapped). Beautiful property with nice balcony to watch the sunrise and enjoy breakfast! Ideal location, within short walking distance from beach, pier 60, and a bunch of restaurants. Host Sergei was awesome with great communication, and fast responses to any questions! We will definitely wantto stay here again in the future!
