Stayed Mar 15, 2024The room itself was nice and clean but the property as a whole was not the best. Pool/hotub were dirty as well as the walls were so thin we could hear everything happening in the rooms on every side of us.

Stayed Aug 12, 2023Good location to head out to places in the national park and quick to get downtown banff. Small space but arranged well and nice space. Walls are a little bit too thin but wouldn't stop me staying again.

Stayed Jul 8, 2022The young staff was great. The entire development was poorly constructed and maintained eg. concrete walks are buckling, mold is growing in swimming pool area. It could be nice if someone took care of it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Everything was pretty great. Our suite was super cute clean and cozy upon check in. Anytime before check in, when I messaged the manager I received a reply right away. My only complaint was that we stayed for 3 days and never seen house keeping once. Had to ask for toiletries, no big deal. Booking pool and hot tub time is crazy due to covid. You must be in the lobby in person by 8am to book. But when you show up, there is already a line up of 10+ people and the booking process starts before 8am assumably to get the line moving. But still, I could see this being frustrating for families with young children. I did get outdoor Hot tub use for 2/3 nights stayed. Over all we will for sure be back.

Stayed Sep 20, 2019Nice hotel community with private rooms. The bed was very uncomfortable and no good place to put your luggage (no drawers to unpack to either) otherwise the space and location worked great for 2 adults.

Stayed Sep 11, 2019We had a nice visit to Banff. The room was very clean and comfortable and a great location. Short drive to Banff activities. Also close to Tunnel Mountain that has a nice hike. Really enjoyed it and hope to go again.

Stayed Feb 18, 2019Nice, peaceful location if you want something away from the main drag. There is a shuttle every 2 hours to bring guests to downtown area which is handy. The wall to the suite next door is not very soundproof, so it’s good if you don’t have loud neighbours. You can also hear footsteps from suite above. Could use a few more things in kitchen for bakeware.
