Spacious Condo with views of the Harbor and Gulf

The property was nice, the condo was dirty dog hair everywhere the bedding was discussing dog hair! The the condo was freezing at night no heat! The utensils was nasty the curtains was Ragley the side door didn’t lock! The bathroom smell horrible smell like urine around the toilets dog hair was everywhere!!!!!

I loved the quietness and the area.

Absolutely love the massage chair I love this property. My son caught a record fish and it was extremely roomy, clean and awesome.

Great condo, don’t miss out on the full body massage chair! Great location, beach was perfect and not crowded at all.

I will say the overall size of the condo is very nice. We had 6 people staying at the condo and we all had plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and its views. The condo building itself was very quiet, we had no issues with noises from the neighbors. Our biggest complaint was beach access. This condo does not have beach access. Yes, you are given a beach gate key and you can go onto the beach but there’s not a designated spot for you. There are areas that are blocked off specifically for the condos and houses that are located on the beach. I was told there was a beach umbrella/chair service we could rent from. There is a service but it’s not for Harbor Landing. It’s only for the ones on the beach. The area “west” of the Oceania condos is supposed to be for Harbor Landing, technically it’s not because it’s all private beaches. We spoke to someone who either lives or rents frequently at one of the condos/homes on the beach. He said Harbor Landing is telling false information about beach access. You can not set up chairs and umbrellas in front of the beach service set ups. If I would have known this information, I would have looked at booking at a different condo building. To make up for the beach access issue, we had to drive down to Miramar beach for the days we stayed. We still thoroughly enjoyed the beach but would have rather have gone to the beach at the condo we were staying at.

The property was Clean and Cozy! Everything as described. The balcony view was perfect for the firework show as well. outside property well maintained !

The condo itself was spacious and a great location. The balcony and view lovely. Beach is an easy walk. However, the kitchen and appliances were horrible, the place was dirty, and ROACHES all over the kitchen. It was disgusting. We couldn't eat there. We had to throw away all the food we bought. The ROACHES were in the dishwasher so we didn't want to eat or drink off anything either. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is spacious condo is in a great location - drivable and boatable to the Destin boardwalk and tons of restaurants, shops and bars. We would stay here again, but I'd recommend that the stove top be replaced. It leans badly and is very difficult to cook on.

Large bedrooms and common areas. Great balcony with great views. Short walk to the beach. Only complaint is that there were several small roaches near dishwasher and in the bedroom near the front door.

THe property was excellent, gated property made you feel like your stuff was secure. The balcony view was sweet. Place was super clean. Already planning next trip

It was the best lodging experience I have ever had. From the ease of booking, rapid responses from the manager, and just an incredible place to stay. I could not believe how reasonably priced this was for the location and about of bedrooms and bathrooms.

While the location and overall condo was nice, the kitchen was a mess. Refrigerator collected huge amounts of water such that veggie drawers had 1/2 or more water when we got there and filled again during our stay. The microwave was about to fall off the cabinets. It was literally crooked and only worked half the time. The stove burners were also crooked and you could not cook anything that needed a level pan. Dishwasher had bugs in it. I would not stay there again until all appliances replaced or repaired. Stayed 12/27/21 through 1/1/22.
