Spacious Condo w/ Ocean Views and Pool! 3 min walk from Marginal Way and Beach!

The listing was described accurately for the awesome location and the amenities inside the condo. What I did not expected was that it would be in an extremely old building with pipe work and plumbing exposed and a very bad smell upon entering the building. The Condo had some issues on cleaning. The beds desperately need to be replaced with some good comfortable bedding. They felt very old and worn out. We very much enjoyed the location. If I were the owner, I would want to know about these and make changes to the description and the issues. That carpet was disgusting!! I’m thankful I brought my own coffee pot so I did not have to use the one in the condo that was equally as disgusting and a health risk. Silverware drawers nasty as well. Your condo has such potential to be absolutely adorable, but I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and that I did not know ahead of time it was an old building with sagging floors and a very bad smell in the lobby. I feel like you all are just doing the bare minimum to list in VRBO for people like me who love to travel and love a very clean environment. please level up. I debated on telling you about these issues, but if it were me, I would want to know. I can’t recommend a place to my friends that isn’t clean and comfortable. I feel like communication with the owner was OK we really did not communicate with him while we were there.

Beautifully decorated, meticulously clean. Fully stocked with everything! Direct access to everything. Sunrise was amazing!

Our second stay was as great as our first at this well-stocked, clean condo in fantastic location just off the marginal way in the middle of walkable Ogunquit! Michele and Jonathan were very easy to work with and check-in/check-out processes very efficient! Definitely recommend staying at this condo!

Excellent unit in a quiet neighborhood, responsive hosts, great community of tenants, and perfect location with ocean views close to town, marginal way, restaurants, and the beach.

Staying in this condo helped make our first time in Ogunquit very enjoyable. The immaculate space was well-equipped and easy to live in. Having 2 full bathrooms was a big plus. The well maintained grounds had beautiful plantings and lawns with gazebo, grills, and seating. The convenient pool area was a welcome relief after walking up the and down the hills. The view of Marginal Way from the back of the building was amazing. The location and condo were ideal. Thank you, Jonathan and Michelle.

We had a great stay at this very well equipped, clean, and comfortable condo as our homebase in Ogunquit. Hosts have thought of everything! The location is perfect for access to all the shops, restaurants and bars along Shore Rd and the center of town. The nearby walkable beach and Marginal Way were a highlight. Thank you!!
