Spacious Condo on Kentucky Lake - Waterfront at Big Bear

The condo was just as described & we all loved it! Will definitely stay again.

The location is great with beautiful views of the lake. The condo was very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with most everything you need and the laundry area was very handy. The sunroom was great and the bunk beds in the third bedroom worked out well for our grandkids. Very nice place!

Very lovely, spacious home with the most beautiful view of the lake. It was raining so didn’t get to enjoy the beach or outdoors much but what a perfect place for myself and 3 friends to spend a wonderful weekend together. Looking forward to coming back again soon!!

For the second year in a row, our family lived the good life in the clean, comfort of this condo. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was at our fingertips. The host communicated quickly and efficiently and is incredibly accommodating. Our family is already counting the days until next summer’s stay!

Clean beautiful views.

We had a family reunion with 40 or so people renting 10 different units within Big Bear Resort. Our home away from home in the Dens was right off the Beach and next to the Marina — 2 places that were popular with our group. The condo was well equipped and nicely appointed. We did most of our own cooking and found almost all of what we needed already at the condo. Mason was so helpful when needed and responded to questions/comments almost immediately. Our thanks to him for having a wonderful home to share! The resort itself is a wide variety of places to stay (with a camping section) and was relatively quiet while we were there. Our group was able to rent jet skis and pontoon boats at Big Bear and the Moors with little forewarning. We rented at Polaris from Street Slingshot Rentals in Paducah and explored from Tennessee to Illinois.

We went to the Paducah Quilt show. It was great to come home to the condo instead of going to a hotel. We enjoyed the area and the comfort of the condo. We would recommend this condo to anyone.The owner was great great in letting us come in early.

Location was perfect and condo view is beautiful. Our kiddos loved the sand and beach area and the floating dock. Condo was clean and well maintained. The sun room was our favorite feature with wonderful sunrise and sunset views. Not far from some good local mom and pop restaurants as well as Pattie’s Settlement. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay would recommend this place to everyone!! Will stay here again someday.

This was our first trip to Kentucky Lake, condo was spacious and clean, stocked with plenty of dishware, easy to find, easy check out instructions. Mason was a great communicator and accommodating , there was a great view of the lake and the marina (where our boat was docked) was a short walk from the condo. To get a slip all you have to do is go on Big Bear Marina’s site and reserve your spot on there. It is not associated with this condo, but they are very convenient to each other. We will stay here again!

Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. Our host was the absolute best and his responsiveness was fast and always accommodating! The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. It was conveniently located to the beach, pool, and marina. We’re already looking forward to next year’s stay!
