Property was very clean and well laid out. Very spacious as well. Plenty of clean linens. Nice stay.

Awesome property with a great host in a perfect hidden location. You pull into a storage area and go through an electronic gate to enter the property—it felt a little James Bond–ish. The home had everything we needed, and the kids loved it. Plus, it’s right next to a restaurant with pretty good pizza. We’ll definitely be back!

The site was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed being away from other people in the house and yet close to everything to get supplies and food.

We loved the house and our time with family. We played lots of cards and counted the number of deer we saw. Our only issue was that it said 2 king beds and there was only one.

Very private and tranquil location. The house was very simple, contemporary and I'm not sure we would have asked for anything more or different for our family. The host was very gracious and communicative and this was our 2nd year staying at this particular property. We hope to stay at the Great Outdoors again next year!!

Three siblings and our spouses get together twice a year. We all live in different states. The house and the adminities were exactly what we needed.

Very clean and well appointed. We ended up with rainy spring weather, but even though we had 4 children ages 4-9 yrs, there were many games and puzzles available as well. They loved the hot tub. And when screen time came around, there were TVs for all ages.As adults, we enjoyed the 2 distinct living room areas which allowed us to visit without the children right at our feet. It is secluded and away from towns, so bring most of what you think you will need in terms of groceries and toiletries and it will save you road time. There is a convenient Dollar General (of course :)) right around the corner.The host checked on us near daily, especially with our weather. Very easy process.

We stayed there for my sons college fishing tournament. The house was close to Moors Resort and Marina which was what we needed. It was very clean and a safe location.

Hunting trip with the guys and the place was awesome! Very clean. Owner was in communication when needed. Overall great place to stay!

This property is in a great location. The owner was extremely helpful. It had good amenities. I like that the hot tub was covered and screened in with a tv. Overall wonderful experience!

This was a very nice property with a great, private location. I'm not sure I would have changed anything about our stay and we are looking forward to booking this property again. this was our 6th year to come to Jonathan Creek for some fishing and this house was a big reason this year was our favorite yet. The location truly felt like a getaway for our family and we were thankful to have tried The Great Outdoors. Hopefully we'll see you next year!!

We had our family and our older children’s friends join us for a lake weekend. This was the perfect spot! We loved the space it provided to hang out around the fire pit and of course we made smores. The hot tub on the back porch was a hit as well. When it rained we had plenty of space to move inside and continue the fun with card games. I did lots of cooking and the kitchen was a great size for “family style” set up. I enjoyed sitting on the porch with my coffee. This was a wonderful lake house with space for outside and inside fun. It gave us easy access to get on the lake for boating. We will absolutely stay here again! The owner was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions. Don’t miss out on this rental.
