Spacious Condo in Las Palmas Resort

The location of this property was perfect. Beds were comfortable. The carpet needs cleaning. The cushions on the patio chairs need replacing. We wished there would have been a gas grill. We felt comfortable. Just needs a little TLC. The rest of the condo was clean. It worked for us. We had a problem with the coffee pot and they responded with a new one almost immediately. The communication was great. Good value for the money.

Amazing condo for my family. It was clean, organized, perfect for us. We are a family of 8 and it was perfect.

Great place to stay, this unit is fantastic if you have smaller children that will use the playground/slide area as it is right out the back doors and can be seen from the kitchen window. It is not one of the newer condos in the area, yet was clean and had everything needed for our stay. This condo complex has multiple pools that the kids loved, yet given the time of year (April) they all were pretty cold except the indoor one. Host was great and was able to accommodate us with an early check in. Messages were always answered quickly.

We enjoyed our experience! Wish the person at the front desk of the pool would have let our friends staying a crossed the street enjoy the pool with us. She would only allow the number of people staying in the condo to enter.

Enjoyable property for a family stay!

Easy entry and parking. Was stocked with everything we needed for a nights stay. Only issue was a dirty sock in the master bed which means sheets were not change the sock was not ours.

Everything very clean and well-stocked. It was great.

The outdoor hot tub was fine. Because of the time of year, we only went to the main/covered pool area. It was fine, the kids still swam. It was too cold for me though!

Place was clean a spacious. Perfect for the four of us. Close to the pools, the family pool was our favorite even on the rainy days. Ground floor was super convenient and we loved having the playground right out our door.

We basically just slept there. It was comfortable enough, but not spotlessly clean. We used the pullout couch and there was debris under it. There were dishes that weren't clean. Most of the pillows were stained (thank goodness for pillow cases). One person saw a bug (2x) in the hall bathroom. I didn't. Appreciated having access to laundry facilities. Location for us was good.

Condo is clean & comfortable, good proximity to pools, nicely decorated, and reasonably stocked in the kitchen. Wonderful location, and overall a great place to stay!

This particular condo at Las Palmas was clean and spacious as listed. The master bed was comfortable and the main level made for great proximity and easy access to the pool. The resort is located in an excellent area of St. George, i.e close to walking trails and central to lots of restaurants. My biggest suggestion is that there are things that need updating or attention such as lamps in the living room that work (the condo is pretty dark inside), better shower heads in both bathrooms, new bathroom faucets, nicer pool towels, and a toilet seat and lid that actually fit the toilet in the hallway bath. Overall it’s a good place to kick back and relax and enjoy some great pool time!

This condo was perfect for a family weekend. It was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels. We were steps from a playground and could sit on the patio and watch the children playing. Our favorite pool of the complex was just a few steps beyond that. We had a great time and would stay here again.

On the positive side, the kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Condo was very clean. Owner was responsive to our needs; came to replace a lightbulb and the battery of the fire alarm which had been chirping all night. Nice area and okay complex, except for the plethora of speedbumps. Ground floor provides good access. Beds were comfortable and a good height for wheelchair users. Nice landscaping with large palm treesOn the weaker side, the condo was advertised as wheelchair accessible. Yes, you can get a wheelchair in the front door, but there was barely enough room to get a wheelchair through the door to the bedroom. Bathrooms are not accessible in the least if you use a wheelchair/can't walk. I could not get my chair through the doorway. There were no grab bars around the toilet or in the tub/shower and no portable shower chair was available. The condo could use updating. Chairs in the living room were large and uninviting. Bathrooms also need updating.

Aside from some diabolical speedbumps in the complex, everything was great! Condo was very clean, very spacious, and perfectly located about 100 steps from either the waterfall pool, or the family pool, which had a hot tub.The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. Patio is on the shady side so it never gets direct sun. Patio overlooks a kids playground, so it's an ideal setup for a family with kids. Great spot for happy hour!The price was beyond fair for the property and amenities. We'd definitely stay here again if in St. George!

Our family loved the location of the condo right by the waterfall pool. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with basics - be sure to buy or bring any cooking ingredients you may need. Las Palmas resort is convenient to so many activities in St. George - it seemed like everything we wanted to do was a 10 minute drive. We loved our stay!

Wonderful place to stay!

This property was clean and is located in the ground floor very close to a pool. The pictures look like the place is outdated (which it is a bit), but they keep it nice and clean and it felt nice!

This was property was used as a short pass through stay. It was clean and well supplied, just a bit dated and dark for our taste. There were no issues, just personal preference.

We really enjoyed our night in this condo. It was spacious, comfortable and easy! Ground floor, so easy access and the fireplace was delightful after a chilly evening at an outdoor concert!Kitchen was a little light on the basics…. Had to use a wok because it was the closest thing to a frying pan, but it was also equipped with an electric roasting pan that made adequate crepes. We adapted and made great memories. Will definitely stay again!

This is one of the nicer properties we have ever stayed in. Las Palmas has stepped up its game and the facility is looking much nicer than previous years. Proximity to the pool is very nice as well. Now, if only they could shave the speed bumps down by 50% :-)

One of my new favorite units at Las Palmas in St. George, Utah! Spacious living room and dining space. Comfortable beds. Large bathrooms and closets. Very clean. Beautiful southern utah/southwest decor. Unit on ground floor right by grassy area with playground, small gym and two pool/hot tub areas. Will stay here again for sure!

We stayed for the weekend and were able to use our condo as a home base for our adventure. The pickleball courts and hot tub were a hit. The property was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed. Thank you!!

The condo was very clean and had a bigger family room/kitchen area than we thought from the pics. Luckily we only had 6 people, so wr didn’t have to get the air mattress out for one night.

Great spacious unit with all the amenities

This spacious condo was located close to the highway which you travel for all the nearby sites. It's great for Zion, but this trip we drove to Kolob Canyon and Cedar Breaks National Monument, both great for day trips. We were close enough to drive to Kolob Canyon to enjoy the sunset views as well. The condo had everything you need for preparing a meal. The beds were comfortable the it was very quiet. There is plenty of seating in the living room and dining room as well. We loved Mad Pita Express for a quick and healthy meal. Albertson's is not far from the condo, so overall it is a convenient and comfortable base for your Utah adventures!

We had a very nice time. The place was accurate to its listing. It was very clean and on the ground level. We tried out all 3 pool areas to see which one we preferred.

Everything we needed for a little vacation. One pool was not clean, but we were able to use the other ones and they were awesome. Thank you.

The condo was very clean, check-in very easy, and the location is perfect for family activities. Really loved the ground floor level and easy walk to the pool. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and recommend highly.
