Spacious condo close to everything! Elevator, gameroom garage, kid/pet friendly!

Very nice. Plenty of room and gorgeous kitchen. Park across street always has free events. Market, movie, and group exercise. Location is GREAT!!

Great condo, great location, great host. Easy walking to the beach and to the boardwalk. Garage comes well equipped with wagons, plenty of beach chairs, and bikes. Kitchen was awesome and had everything we needed. Host responded almost immediately for all of our questions leading up to and during our trip. Can't wait to stay here again.

Great rental!

Good communication with host. Place was ample, clean and well stocked for an vacation rental. Location was great! Across the street from park and walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach.

The outside impression was very disappointing. It looked like a shack. A little paint would go a long way. However the interior of the room was immaculate!! I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel. I was quite impressed. The only other thing I would recommend is an exterminator. We saw two cockroaches.One was in the living room. The other was in the back bathroom. I would stay here again.

Very Nice property thatnis waking distance to most anything you need. The check in process was easy and all information was provided in advance. The house was very well kept and they have taken the time to think about all the little things that you might need for all gust to stay comfortably. This is a great location and the guest and or tenants in the other uniwere quite and respectful. We would definitely choose this location again. Worth the prices for peace of mind.

Very nice condo!

Check-in was very easy and the owner was very responsive in a timely manner prior to arrival. Once I arrived the place was so lovely I had no questions. This condo is very spacious and well kept. I absolutely love the kitchen and bathrooms. I was very pleased with everything!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay!! We had a few teenagers with us and they were intertwined with Mr PacMan arcade game, ping pong table, and the board games! Looking forward to booking again.

The properties location can’t be beat. There are two parking spots assigned for the unit and you can park your car and forget about it for the rest of your stay. Everything you need is within walking distance from the unit. Beach is less than two blocks, boardwalk and all shops, rides, etc are only a few blocks away. The unit is in immaculate shape. Large bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty of space for our family of 5. We even had my mother-in-law over for a few nights and had plenty of room. We had a fantastic vacation!

You couldn’t ask for a more responsive and caring host! Unfortunately while we were there, there was an issue with the building and we ended up having to leave early. It was completely beyond the control of the host but he was so kind and helpful he was even looking for a different place for us to stay, and in the end he went to bat with VRBO and we received a full refund. The place is great too! So much space, perfectly located for both the beach and the boardwalk, and very well stocked with everything you could need. The extra wagons in the garage were so helpful for hauling all our stuff up and down. There are beach chairs, a beach cart, toys, a beach tent, etc. The 2nd bedrooms was perfect for a group of kids who all want to stay together. We had 6 teens in one room. Also lots of stuff to keep them entertained- ping pong, darts, cornhole, games, etc.

We had a great week here! The condo is extremely kid friendly, and the kitchen is so well stocked. The condo is clean and the bedrooms are HUGE! We could have easily and comfortably fit double the amount of people we had, and we're a family of 5. We loved that it was pet friendly. You can see fireworks on Thursday from the window, and my kiddos enjoyed watching the movie in the park on Sunday night from the balcony. The garage was convenient as a hub for beach items as we came and went. My kids loved walking to the playground on the lake every morning, walking to the boardwalk for donuts and carnival, and the quick walk to the beach. We brought some toys for the kids, but between the Wii, Pac-Man machine (a HUGE hit!), the large stack of games and puzzles, and all the fun things in the garage, we really didn't need any. One thing to note is the provided pack n play is an extra large size. We were happy we brought our own just in case just because we wouldn't have had sheets to fit it-- though they might have. The high chair was really helpful! The only 2 negatives worth mentioning: the balcony seemed a little unsafe. It sloped down noticeably and didn't seem very supported below. And second, the owners below had a couple small dogs who would bark excessively whenever they would leave. Our dog got used to them, but it may be tough if you bring a dog that is sensitive to that. Sound machines helped too. Overall, it was a great week. Thank you so much for everything!

The property was perfect location for oriximity to wedding venues, restaurants, and the beach! Would stay again!

My 2 sisters and I brought our 84 yr old mother from Philadelphia to visit her dear friend who is also 84. It was a short visit but well worth it. The condo was very easy to access for my mom with the elevator. The rooms were spacious and clean. The condo had everything that was needed and more. The host responded quickly when i had a question upon arrival. Location was great, close to everything in Carolina Beach. I would definitely recommend this condo for a great stay.

We had a wonderful visit. Great place, especially for families. The owners put a lot of thought in decorating and amenities offered.

Our stay was short, but enjoyable. Plenty of space in the rooms. The upgraded bathrooms and kitchen were excellent. Enjoyed this one!

We love it! This is our second time staying here and it is the best. The place is very clean and has everything you need to have a great trip. I love not having to bring towels and linens. Having them there already makes it so nice. My mom has a hard time walking and having use of the elevator is a Godsend. Great views of Lake Park. It only takes minutes to get to the main boardwalk and all of the wonderful restaurants. You can easily walk to the beach too. The host is quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns. We will definitely be back again this year!

Great for a recharge break

Location is excellent. Walking distance to the lake, the ocean, the boardwalk, and many shops and restaurants. The condo is very comfortable, very clean, very well provisioned ... and there are *so* many thoughtful touches! We will definitely be back!

This house was just as described. It had everything we needed plus some! The location was fantastic The furnishings and place was so comfortable we didnt need anything else . We walked or ubered. The park across the street was wonderful for walking, we toate ateverything we possibly needed.s some

This condo is above and beyond how the pictures depict it. While it was only my dogs and me staying for the Christmas holiday, it couldn’t have been more perfect. The elevator was a major help in getting my dachshunds outside and to the park just across the street, which was a daily visit. The beach was just a short walk and there were two beach wagons that I could have loaded the dogs in but didn’t need to. Everything one might need is already in the condo and in ample supply. I cooked dinner one night for my family of eleven and there were enough place settings and cutlery, not to mention space for as all to sit and socialize. And the kids loved playing the Pac-Man arcade game. The balcony is huge, with a full size hammock in a frame that fits on it. The entire place is completely updated and has hardwood floors throughout, which is a big plus with dogs. Also, the owners were great to work with and quick to respond to the couple of questions I had. This place definitely goes on the favorite list. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed!

This is a great condo with nice views. Super clean with games and a garage full of fun. The owner was very responsive with communication. I thought that maybe restaurant being so close would be bad but it was pretty quiet. Lots of fun things to walk to visit. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an awesome time. The condo was amazing. Perfect location to beach and other places to visit. The owner of this condo thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and fun. This was our first visit to Carolina beach and when we come back we would not want to stay anywhere but here.

This condo was lovely, comfortable, and nice and clean. The interior looks better than the exterior. It is well stocked with most everything you need. The only kitchen item I couldn’t find was a grater. There are 4 tvs (one in the bathroom!) although we only used two. The fan light in the master bedroom would randomly come on by itself and we never could figure out why. The garage was well stocked with beach chairs and wagons. The umbrellas and Sunbrella were missing parts. We enjoyed playing darts. Location was great! Short walk to the beach. Beach access has no steps so wagons were easy (until you get to the sand😏). Hang Ten is right next door. Park and lake are right across the street. Short walk to the boardwalk. Veggie Wagon on other side of the lake is great for prepared meals. First time to Carolina Beach but hopefully not the last!

We enjoyed the spacious rooms and showers/bathrooms at the condo. Great kitchen and the Pac Man , Dig Dug gaming machine was a hit with our 6 year old. We would definitely comeback to Carolina Beach !!!!

This property was fantastic and the location can't be beat! The amount of space the property offers is amazing and my family and I were very comfortable here. It is close enough to the attractions yet being on the third floor, it was so incredibly quiet and relaxing. The condo is fully stocked with everything that we needed and was very clean. The only thing that we would have changed is having more control over the thermostat. It is pre-set which we understand but, unfortunately we had to constantly keep changing it to the temp that we were comfortable with. David was amazing and accommodating about everything though and we will be renting this property again!

Had a great stay with family here. Easy walk to the beach and there was also beach equipment for us to use. Very roomy inside - would stay again!

This place EXCEEDS expectations! First off, location is amazing. Easy walk to the boardwalk with kids. Across the street is the park which does have a movie night which you can see from the balcony. The place itself was much bigger than expected. Both bedrooms are huge. Plenty of room in the living room and kitchen. Tons of games to keep people occupied. Having the garage w/fridge was very nice to have. Only complaint (and it's very minor) was no Keurig coffee maker, just standard coffee maker. Like I said, not a big deal. Owner was extremely easy to get a hold of and very responsive! We will definitely be staying here again!!!
