“Good Vibes” are what we hope you will feel when you arrive at this newly updated condo. This light and airy 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor unit is located just ½ mile from beautiful downtown Prescott’s Courthouse Square, shops and restaurants. This condo features vaulted ceilings and skylights which provide plenty of natural light. There is also a comfortable and spacious living room with a 55” Smart TV and electric fireplace. And there is a separate seatingarea to read or just relax. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with a 55” Smart TV and ensuite with a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, desk and spacious walk-in closet. All bedding and linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with Samsung stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, high quality cookware and utensils; everything you will need to prepare your favorite meals (except the food, of course). For your comfort the condo is equipped with baseboard heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, Direct TV, high-speed WIFI internet, washer, dryer, and more. There are two assigned parking spaces one non-covered and one covered. The condo has access to Granite Creek and you can follow the creek to a park near downtown Prescott.
