Spacious Condo

Our stay at this property was exactly what we hoped for. The unit is beautiful and had everything we needed. The location is walkable to Whiskey Row, which is a fun area. The hosts were gracious and attentive, and check in was a breeze. We wanted a place that was quiet and comfortable, so this home was perfect. I note that there are noise regulations, and out of courtesy to the neighbors if you plan on having a big gathering or being loud or up late, this might not be the place for you. For us, though, it was just what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again.

I felt very welcome. The condo was very clean and in great shape. There was water in the fridge, snacks, and wine. Coffee pod selection was also nice. The condo location, 2-3 blocks from downtown square was awesome, too. The parking situation is something to note. There's one reserved space, and it's a bit of a walk. If you have more than one vehicle, the second one will park a bit further away. I also was surprised by the two sets of stairs between the parking lot and the condo. This was relevant, since we had a fair amount of belongings to carry back and forth during our stay. Nonetheless, the stay was wonderful, the hosts were wonderful, and the condo was warm and welcoming.

Everything was like in the pictures. Nice condo, good amenities really confortable and cozzy. Clean and spacious and it has anything that We needed. Our host Joanne was great. Thank you for the wine, snacks and welcome board. It made us feel special. Martha C

Beautiful condo and centrally located. Would stay again!

This is the second year we have spent two weeks in this condo. The accommodation is light, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The easy, flat work into town, to the Court House Square, shops and restaurants etc. is a major plus. The whole condo complex is well-maintained and located in an almost park-like area - unusual so close to the city center.

Everything about this condo was perfect! Very well decorated! CLEAN! Beds are comfortable. Very spacious. Enjoyed every touch they put into the condo. The complex was very clean and has lush landscaping. The neighborhood wasn’t horrible but not the nicest.

Property was wonderful and the hosts were fabulous. Would definitely recommend this property.

Loved this condo, simple, clean, everything was well organized, plenty of room, no issues - all the things you hope for/need in a weekend getaway. Walking distance to town and the urban trail (I forget what it was called but there's a nice little trail walk and it's right down the street). Host very friendly and accomodating, place was quiet and relaxing and safe. Would definitely come back here - recommend!!

Condo fit exactly what we needed for our weekend in Prescott. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay!

AWESOME…TONS of little extras. Snacks,water,coffee Wine!!! Phone chargers in every room!!! Clean… Check out process did not include having to do/start the laundry like many other properties. Highly recommend. GREAT LOCATION.

We had an excellent stay! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located near Safeway and historic Prescott!

Close to town, very nice condo

This is an excellent place to stay while in Prescott. It is clean and has everything you would need to be comfortable. The little things like water in the fridge and snacks upon arrival are a nice touch we don't often see. It is very close to a local grocery store and downtown. The binder has everything you would need as well as a listing of local restaurants if you aren't familiar with the area. We would definitely stay there in the future when we return to Prescott.

We attended our son's wedding this weekend in Prescott area. Our stay in this spacious studio was very comfortable and felt like home. Our expectations were met and would definitely recommend it. It was very inviting and felt relaxed. Thank you so much for this opportunity.

This condo is very clean and conveniently located close to the square. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Snacks, bottled water and a bottle of wine were much appreciated! Communication with the owners was great! They responded in a very friendly and timely manner! We highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

The condo was definitely a hike from the parking lot. We didn’t mind it, but my mom had issues getting to and from. And it can be an issue when it comes to luggage and all the stairs etc. We checked in around 930pm and the neighbor below us called the cops because we were being loud. Honestly besides bringing the luggage up, we put our pajamas on and went to bed. When the cop came out we were all in bed about to fall asleep. That was our only issue with neighbor. House itself is gorgeous and perfect. Has everything you need. We had some issues with water heater but the owner was awesome and communicated great with us and had it fixed the next day. It’s a beautiful condo and it was perfect for 3 adults and a 1 year old. Quiet neighborhood as well and walking distance to a brewery and downtown. Again, loved the owners and condo!

The condo was clean and beautiful and in a great location close to town. The town is fun and safe and has a great vibe. The shops, restaurants and nightlife make this town worth visiting again!

This place is very nice and clean. A lot of room for several people. Me and the wife went for the weekend and loved the condo. Close to everything and far enough away to be very quit and peaceful. I will highly recommend this rental to anyone. Thanks again.

This condo is a great location- short walk into town! Parking was easy, condo was nice and had everything we needed. Towels, blow dryer, blankets, hangers, toiletries, etc. all included and appreciated. Host was communicative and fixed an issue with the lock immediately. 10/10 stay!!

Comfortable, tastefully furnished and well equipped, the condo is also convenient since it is an easy, flat walk into town shops, restaurants etc.. Prescott is a very hilly city so this is a big plus. We were pleasantly surprised to find the area around the condo to be unofficial nature preserve; we saw several deer and wild turkeys!
