The condo had every thing that was needed plenty of tpwels very well kept. Pool was very enjoyable and loved seeing the blue heron geese and ducks was convenient to restaurant and shopping and the beach would love to return one day Lynn was very helpful.

This condo is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need or want! Walking distance, or a short drive to so much. I can’t wait for my next trip!!

Awesome property! Very clean and welcoming. Much more spacious than I expected. Host was responsive and gracious. We were able to view the New Year’s Eve fireworks from our balcony. Highly recommended.

Love! Love! Love! Our second time to stay here. Lynn has thought of everything you need. Well stocked kitchen. She couldn’t help that the new dishwasher stopped working. She did make every effort to have it fixed. Beach chairs, towels, wagon & kids toys are a plus. Condo is perfectly located for beach access & only 5 miles from downtown historic St. Augustine. A quiet & peaceful place to stay. Check-in is a breeze. Loved the coded door lock. Wi-Fi worked great!

This is our second time staying here. We love the location. Excellent communication with the host. Comfy beds and couch. Tons of towels and everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. Spacious layout for everyone to chill and relax. Love the balcony space! You can see the lake, pool and beach. And a short easy walk to the beach. Unit is near elevator and stairs.

It was wonderful! The room is very nice and spacious. One great thing was after going to the grocery store, we didn't have to move the car again. We were able to walk to beach, restaurants, coffee shop, Island Donuts. We will stay here again.

A beautiful property located on the top floor so it is quiet,and has elevator access if necessary. The host was outstanding in providing information ahead of our stay and quick to respond to any questions. There were ample kitchen supplies and toiletries. There were many areas to relax comfortably, whether reading or watching one of three televisions. A 3 minute walk to the lovely beach,with every beach toy/chair etc. available. We loved the balcony sitting area and giant bathtub. We've already requested to return, thank you for a perfect stay.

We enjoyed our month long stay in St. Augustine. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we would ever need. The third floor gave us a great view. We used the heated pool often and everyone was quite welcoming. My husband used the exercise bike. Condo is across the street from the park, beach and pier. Farmer's Market every Wednesday at the park.We loved St. Augustine. So many good restaurants, some just doors away from the condo. Would definitely consider returning.

I booked this place for the location, but was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and features in the condo.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property and we love it every time. Lynn is wonderful and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The location of the condo is perfect because you are right across the street from the pier and the beach. We love going to the pier and checking out the views. You are also withing walking distance of some great restaurants like Crabby's (we ate their more than once), and Antonio's Pizza. If you reserve this property, you will not be disappointed.

The accommodations provided by Lynn were exceptional. Condo was clean, comfortable, and many supplies were provided, including beach chairs, towels, etc., bath items, games and books for rainy days, kitchen supplies and more. Great location with very short walk to beach, and a short easy 10 min ride to downtown. Loved the views from the balcony too! Thank you for a wonderful stay and hope to be back again! Will recommend to anyone needing to stay in St. Augustine.

Omg!!! This place was amazing. Had everything one needs when traveling of state to go to the beach. The place was clean and decorated very nice. We were very pleased with the space to chill or cook dinner. It’s a must rent.

The condo was clean and beautiful. Loved easy access to the many restaurants. The walk to the beach was not far but we preferred to drive across the street with our goodies for the beach stay. Wonderful experience.

Our family loved the condo and the pool. It was so close to the beach and to historic St. Augustine.

The only problem we had was running out of hot water. We'd fill the tub up 2 inches and then no more hot water. Then we moved to the other tub, and the drain stopper wouldn't close. It was stuck open and wouldn't bulge. Besides that everything was perfect.

My and I had a great time. The condo was super nice as well as easy to access all the mentees that had to offer including the pool and to access to the beach which is right across the street. My wife loved the ability to walk to all the local restaurants as well as the donut shop and the coffee shops down the street all in all the stay was great. We look forward to our next visit hopefully be again the same person.

The property location was great, We mostly went to the beach which is nearby. There were beach supplies at the condo. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants for meals. The condo was really nicely decorated and comfortable. Highly recommend,
