The Space:

Morning light filters through tall evergreens as you step onto the balcony, the crisp mountain air drifting in from the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. The surrounding peaks rise beyond the treetops while the quiet of Whistler’s Upper Village settles around you. After a day on the mountain, evenings unfold beside the indoor fireplace, where the warmth of the fire and soft glow of the living space invite you to unwind together.



Living spaces

Inside, the townhouse opens into a bright, open-concept living area framed by vaulted ceilings and large windows that bring the alpine landscape indoors. A sectional couch sits beside the gas fireplace, creating a comfortable gathering place for conversation or a movie on the TV. The adjoining patio or balcony extends the living area outdoors with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, offering a peaceful place to take in the mountain surroundings.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides a full space where guests can cook their own meals, whether preparing breakfast before heading out to explore or sharing dinner together in the evening. Stainless appliances, Caesarstone counters, and heated floors create a welcoming environment for cooking and gathering. A dining table seats eight guests comfortably, with additional seating at the breakfast bar for two.



Sleeping arrangements

Across three levels, the townhouse accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms. On the main floor, the primary bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted TV, and step-out balcony. Its ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub, glass-enclosed shower, heated towel rail, and single vanity. The second bedroom on this level includes a king-split bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity.



On the lower floor, the third bedroom offers a king bed and direct access to a shared bathroom and deck. The fourth bedroom includes a king-split bed with deck access. These two bedrooms connect through a Jack and Jill bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, heated towel rail, and single vanity.



Comfort & everyday conveniences

A mudroom entrance makes transitions from the outdoors easy, with bench seating, a boot dryer, and storage for equipment. The home also includes Wifi, in-unit washer and dryer, clothing storage, a safe, and heating for cooler days. Portable fans are available when needed. Guests also have access to a private entrance and secure parking in the free parking garage on premises.



Outdoor spaces & shared amenities

The patio or balcony provides space to enjoy the mountain setting, whether starting the day with coffee or returning in the evening after exploring Whistler. Within the Snowbird complex, guests can relax in the shared hot tub, a welcoming place to unwind after time on the slopes or nearby trails.



Location & guest access

Located beside Blackcomb Mountain in Whistler’s Upper Village, the townhouse offers convenient access to the area’s outdoor experiences. The property sits along the free shuttle route connecting you to Whistler Village, ski lifts, and the cross-country trails around Lost Lake. Self check-in with a smart lock allows for flexible arrival. Long term stays are also allowed, making the space suitable for extended mountain visits.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.



Getting Around:

• 13-minute walk to Blackcomb Gondola

• 18-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 25-minute walk to Fresh Street grocery store or 4-minute drive

• 11-minute walk to Upper Village

• 8-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course

• 15-minute walk or 4-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• Free shuttle to the village: Turn left onto Painted Cliff Road, the bus stop will be on the right going uphill



Other Things to Note:

• Stairs. This home is spread over 4 floors with no elevator access to the living spaces

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

    Was clean and updated. In the description it does say there is no AC which wasn’t a big deal except the one day we arrived and it was 86 degrees inside (we stayed in July). There are fans in each room and it cooled down at night. If you’re using the garage entrance you’ve got to haul your luggage up 3 flights (which it also states in the description). We had a car rental but it was close enough to walk to the village. We would definitely stay there again.

    My recommendation is to leave a map with instructions on the ski in and ski out. This was not what we expected. Taking a bus to & from the ski hill is much different than expected. Further instructions on walking and bus route to the village, restaurants and grocery store would be helpful for guests new to the area.

    This is by far the cleanest rental we've ever experienced! Sparkling clean. Really well appointed, with plenty of nice pillows on each bed. And the location was a super easy shuttle ride (or walk) to the mountain. We'll definitely be back.

    This house is a place you want to stay at whistler. It is a 3 level big townhouse, fully renovated very tasty and modern. The Whistler platinum people were. Very friendly and professional and helpful. Check in was very easy. Location was very close to village.
