The townhouse is outfitted for long stays. There is a 30 day minimum reservatin requirement.

The townhouse is nestled in a quiet corner of the neighbor with no traffic, yet very close to I-25 and Harmony Road. Easy access to the interstate to downtown, Centerra and all Northern Colorado has to offer.

The Harmony Corridor has shopping, restaurants, Banner Hospital, and Harmony Tech park.

Guest access
There's a private driveway to access the garage. A garage remote and key card for pool ( summertime) are provided. The front door is an electronic code.

Other things to note
There is a 30 day minimum to book. Bookings within 10 days of the next availability date are generally accepted. Consideration is also given for multi-month stays.
