Loved the location of this place! Everything was nice and clean. Walking distance for anything needed. I have already booked for the Fall.

We have stayed here several years in a row. It is so convenient to anything and everything on the island. It is spacious enough for larger groups. Love sitting out on the porch at night eating ice cream from the shop next door. Subway down below adds a special flare if you’re hungry for a quick sandwich for lunch but does not takeaway from the quietness of this place. Thanks again for being such a great host on a great property.

Very clean and spacious property. Located in the heart of St George's Island. You can walk to anything - restaurants, shops, beach - it's all immediately around this property. It was nice to park our vehicle and just leave it. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the sea breezes as well.

The stay exceeded our expectations! We are a big families with small children, so we need space, and cleanliness but the condo was much more than that. It felt like home away from home.

Ruth’s huge 3/2 home exceeded my 2 girlfriends & my expectations! There is so much room to spread out in, 2 large living/family rooms & a gorgeous kitchen with everything we needed in the cupboards. The front porch had more than enough outdoor furniture to accommodate us. The whole place was immaculate & she described the entry key pad process so well it was a cinch. Location was perfect (above the Subway shop was a little noisy in the morning) and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Although we never needed to contact Ruth for anything I’m sure she would have responded quickly. She expressed how important it was to her that we were a priority to her.

Great location! The condo is very spacious and had many nice amenities (cookware, etc) in the kitchen if you plan on making a meal. King bed is VERY comfortable! Ruth is super helpful with island recommendations for activities and dining. Great communication and flexibility with our request for an extra night! Thank you, Ruth.

Great location, very clean and spacious!

Location is perfect. The kitchen was supplied extremely well, we lacked nothing. House was very spacious and clean. Beds were really comfortable. Everything you need for a home away from home without having to bring everything with you. Well worth the stay!Host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating.

The house was very clean. Check-in was easy. The location of the property was perfect for our on-the-go family. Walking distance to the main area of the island, playground, shops, coffee and donuts, and ice cream. Communicating with the owner was easy. There is a Subway restaurant below the unit, but the workers there were pleasant and unfazed by our 4 kids stomping around. My favorite part was that you get a great sunrise and sunset view as the property’s porch faces the Gulf. We would return in a heartbeat!

What a wonderful place! Stayed here twice (so far) and look forward to visiting again! Perfect location and has everything you need for a terrific visit to the most amazing and peaceful St. George Island! Thanks again for sharing your wonderful abode by the beach!

The facility was very clean as spacious. Didn't realize it was on top of the Subway. But that worked out fine!

We had a great time staying on SGI and Maria was very quick and kind in our interactions. The upstairs home was very spacious and clean. The home had everything we needed for our stay and was very quiet even though the island has lots of work going on ( repairing roads and contractors busily building up the area ). The beach was just a couple minute walk away and very nice. Nightly walks along the beach to catch the sunsets were fantastic. Highly recommend Maria's home if you're visiting SGI.

Our October 2025 stay was fantastic! The weather was amazing and the ocean water still comfortable. The home was so spacious and very clean. We had no disturbances from thr Subway below us.I did have an issue with how firm the mattress is in the master bedroom. After a few days i couldn't sleep in it anymore. It is a very firm mattress! But the couch in the next door family room sleeps fabulously. Our host was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay again. Just use another room to sleep in.

Host was very responsive. With this being our second stay in St George we loved this property and all of our guest agreed. Having everything on one level definitely made the stay much more enjoyable. Upon arrival the rooms were clean and it was located in walking distance of the lighthouse, and beach.

This property is very convenient to the main road on to the island and the pier which is why we were there, to fish.

We have stayed at this property numerous times and it has always been great. It has the perfect location for the activities we like to do on St George Island. We always enjoy coming back. Property is always clean and ready. Enough amenities to keep us entertained at the property and on the island. Its so convenient to everything around! It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze! It is near ice cream shop, beach, and arcade. Grandchildren loved air hockey table

Perfect location close to everything. Safe place for my teenage daughter to come and ride bikes and hit the beach with her friends!

My kids and I had a great stay here. It was within walking distance to all of the shops, resturaunts and even the lighthouse park/beach. They provided us with beach items for us to use such as an umbrella, and some boogie boards for the kids. The washer & dryer were essential & much appreciated! We spent every morning and evening on the patio overlooking town. We will definitely be back. The owner was very kind and her response time was very quick. The only negative thing I could say was that the master bed is very stiff & uncomfortable. It definitely needs a topper. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay & very clean. Also, the soap & shampoo that is provided is a really nice touch!

Wonderful family vacation! Condo has a lot of space, is in a great location and had everything we needed. I forgot to bring books for my toddlers story time at night and there were some at the condo to save the day! Ruth was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had. Would def rent again.

Great location and the space is great, on the other hand expect to get woke up around 0715 every morning by the subway workers down stairs. Other than that great place!

This was the perfect location with attractions and close to the beach.

The condo was more than spacious for our group of 5 adults, with an ideal location that had several shops and restaurants with in walking distance.

The location was fantastic, centrally located everything is in walking distance, with plenty of space. Clear and friendly communication with the owners. Will definitely be looking to book here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, great location. Loved the DVD movie selection, too! Great movies for the family.

This place was great. It was in a great location and was within walking distance to a lot places. My friends and I travel to see different lighthouses and we were thrilled to find out we could see the lighthouse from the balcony. The host was quick to respond to our communication. My only complaint would be the window coverings. Most of the blinds are damaged. The bedrooms could also use blackout curtains. I slept in the closest bedroom to the kitchen. There is a church next door with a sign that flashes and changes colors all night long and the light came straight into my window. It was very hard for me to sleep. Other than that, we had a great time.

We had a great weekend stay here. The location is very convenient to everything, and we were able to walk everywhere. The property was clean, and any questions were answered very quickly. Thanks!

3 couples plenty of room and very comfortable! Loved our stay. The balcony overlooking Gulf Blvd was never too loud and provided a limited view of the gulf. Walking distance to most anything.

The condo is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. It was perfect for our family. The location was great! It was a very short walk to the beach, Paddy's, and all the shops. I recommend eating Subway when you arrive or else you will be craving it the whole time because of how good it smells! We will be back!

The owner was very accommodating allowed us to check in a little earlier than the regular check in time. Even had she not the beach is about a 3 minute walk from the property and we could have stayed there until check in. The property was very clean. We loved the location and sitting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The boys were obsessed with the air hockey table :) I definitely plan on vacationing on this beautiful island again, and when I do, I hope this property is available to book for that adventure!

Every single thing was perfect!!!

We were not disappointed! The Condo was huge. It had everything we needed to sleep, cook, relax and play. It even had beach towels and beach toys for our use. It was close to the Highway 300 bridge. Close to the grocery store. A convenient walk to the beach. Close to the Lighthouse and playground. We could walk to Paddy's and could hear their live music from the porch. This is a place we will want to return to again.

The property was very spacious, and I loved the balcony outside. The restaurant downstairs is very quiet with very little traffic. Check in/out was super easy and convenient, and the host was very attentive. 10/10 would recommend!
