Spacious 18th floor condo w/amazing views/shared pool & hot tub/central AC

The property was under going some construction and it was not appealing, but other than that the room and the ocean view was amazing.. I will definitely book here again!

Couch is uncomfortable, does not have a closet, the cable in bedroom only works 1/4 of the time, and despite the listing saying they had a heated pool OPEN on the property was wrong. The renovations are still going on and will be for a long time. The resort once renovations are complete might be nice, but the room itself was not satisfying.

The view from the room is spectacular! It was clean and spacious for 2, more than that it might get cramped. The middle bed post was not secured so popped when you got on. WIFI only works if 1 item is on it. Most of the lightbulbs were out. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room but WIFI would be nice at night. Overall would stay again.

The condo was in good condition minus a few minor things. The construction was not much of an issue as we were able to get around it when getting out or going to the beach.

Our first impression walking into Room 1809 was the strong smell of mold, which immediately set a negative tone for the stay. The building is under renovation, so the elevators were cluttered with construction equipment and had an unpleasant odor as well. We woke up to construction workers drilling into the wall on the same floorThe room itself was poorly maintained:•The king bed was broken and sagged toward the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on.•There was a paint bucket left in the bathroom, which felt careless.•A mirror was hanging loosely on the electrical box cover with a wire.•The trim around the unit had visible holes, dirt, and damage.•The floors were covered in sand, and we had to spend time cleaning right after we arrived.On top of all this, there was a water outage one morning, which meant we couldn’t even get ready and had to leave the property early that day.Our last impression was clear: we would not rent through Vacasa again. For future visits, we’d prefer to book directly with an owner-operator who takes better care of their property and guest experience.

The king bed and the couch are extremely uncomfortable, so bad they were not usable. Lack of kitchen supplies, literally only one pot and one pan. The view was great only good thing honestly. The noise from construction was terrible all day long.

We had a great time on the beach and in the ocean. Spent some time at the Harbor walk and did an escape room near by. Overall a great experience.

The view of the beach is just beautiful. The condo has a nice updated bathroom and kitchen. The master bedroom bed needs updating, living room rug is very dirty and needs to be removed or replaced. Overall, this is going to be a very nice place once construction is completed.

Very beautiful views, cozy kitchen area and very convenient location. They were in the middle of a remodel throughout the condo, so very dusty around the entrance door and on the balcony. Didn’t bother us much, but would’ve been nice to have a broom to sweep up, which was requested, but never showed up. Could use some

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo and the view were both fantastic. Will definitely look into booking this condo again!

Loved the beach view from top 18th floor! Condo was cute and very spacious and comfortable! Woukd definitely stay again!
