Stayed Oct 16, 2024Communication with Alec was great! Perfect little spot. My kids really enjoyed that the playground was right outside the condo. It was too cold to swim but the pool looked nice. The condo was convenient and easy to access. It has all the things we needed. Thank you!

Stayed May 3, 2023The listing only had a general address so upon arrival there wasn’t even a building letter or unit number on the building. I found the building only through a photo of “E” on the outside. Multiple units and no door number. Found a cockroach in the bathroom and the unit was infested with ants which I had to go buy ant/cockroach RAID at Smith’s. Owner responded quickly on the phone and apologized. Once the bugs were gone things were fine. Couldn’t get channels on living room TV. A Keurig in the unit would be nice to have. Tallest bathroom counters I’ve ever seen—not exactly kid friendly for use.

Stayed Jan 27, 2023Condo clean and comfortable. Recommendation would be pictures of the pool area Improve the master bed --- it was very noisy when you moved at all. Comfortable seating is only for 4 instead of 6.
