Southside condo with ocean view, easy beach access, fast WiFi & on-site pool/gym

Everything was great!

Big and clean! Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and its location. The walkway to the beach was great, along with the covered parking and a storage area to store beach items. Being able to walk to the market and restaurants was a big plus. The condo could have been better maintained, but it was comfortable and the overall size was great. We would consider staying here again.

This condo was perfect for our annual beach trip. Across the street from the beach, 2 parking spaces, elevator (grandma didn't have to climb stairs), across the street from a small market that had everything you may want or need, and a beach that was not crowded! Small town feel at Sandbridge!

There were a lot of complications getting into our place. We received 3 codes and only one worked. Had to call customer service, which took a while. We had to ask two couples to let us in. Than finally we got our room code but the elevator and for to the elevator wasn’t working. So we had to call back. The place was not cleaned well, there was food on the ground in the kitchen and human hair in the shower and tub. Our tub was filled with water when we first arrived. There was also no instructions on how to lock the side door that requires lifting the handle for it to lock. We had no keys to the gym had to go back to check in to ask for keys. The pool was not open even on the hot day, which is the main reason we booked this place over a different one. We did have to buy cleaning supplies to clean the showers. And the bed in the master bedroom is sooooooo hard. Like the worst sleep ever had to sleep with my best friend. Now to the good. Very spacious, right in front of a nice calm beach, it’s not too far from stores and food and about 20 from Virginia Beach. Great walking area for morning walks. Prolly wouldn’t stay here again but once we got through night one it got better! Not a bad place just think we had a bad experience.

This is a gem! Super close to the beach! A large space perfect for families, this condo was very comfortable. The owner even gave us lots of space for groceries and such. This condo is about 20 minutes south of Virginia Beach and in a quiet area. The small market across the street has everything you need for the first night -- eggs, milk, cereal and bread, plus beach toys and t-shirts. The restaurant next to the market was really good, too. Don't miss this one. The price is reasonable and worth it.

The room was large, clean, properly appointed for our party of 4 adults and 4 children. The beach was across the street and it was clean and had fun waves. There was an excellent small food and beach store right next to the building. In house made fresh donuts daily! The adjacent restaurant was also very good. We only got in the car to go to the aquarium. Way nicer than the boardwalk at Virginia Beach proper.

Overall it was a great apartment. VERY spacious, clean, 3 bedrooms was great, had games for the kids (which was nice) as well as two beach chairs and a beach locker on the garage floor. Having a pool was wonderful, as was the short walk to the beach, store, and Ben & Jerry's. The one big negative were the mattresses, especially the master bedroom, which felt hard as stone.
