-Southern Sands 204~PERFECT~Beachfront~2 bed~2bath~So Convenient!-

The view is average for a beach view. The AC was great. The decor, fridge, stove, cabinets are outdated. The vibe inside is not beachy and the furniture is dark and heavy for such a small area. The carpet in the living area is rolling in on the sides and is a tripping hazard. The room smelled weird and a few days later we discovered a leak in the sink when the bowl catching the water overflowed. Who knows how long the water sat molding. I notified the owner who was very responsive and had it fixed in no time. Unfortunately, we will not be back to this unit until it is updated, cleaned and refreshed.

This is the only place i stay! Everything is perfect year after year. Thank you.

We had an excellent stay, condo was clean and had everything we needed! Would highly recommend for families.

We loved this condo!! Parking was great, pool was great, beach wasn’t crowded, air conditioner was awesome, we loved all of the seating in the living room, and everything was very clean! 10/10 recommend!! Host was always quick to answer any questions.

Great place for the small family (4). Able to get anywhere quickly and short walk to multiple places. Clean and quiet. Able to walk out to the beach in just a few minutes, and just what my family wanted. Great host helped with ideas and let us know if anything happening in the complex that might be an issue (nothing was). Would book again

Well appointed condo with wonderful views from the beachfront balcony. Within walking distance of both Bahama Bob’s and a new restaurant called The Catch. Condo was peaceful and relaxing. We had a fantastic time here!

Location, cleanliness, furnishings, owner…… all get a perfect 10 rating. I will definitely book this condo again. You will not be disappointed!!!

Sheryl is a JOY to work with, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. She makes sure you are taken care of from the moment you check in until you leave. The condo was clean and accommodated my family of 4 (my husband, 2-year-old, and 3-year-old) plus my parents perfectly. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed the small complex without the crowd. The best part of our stay was when my dad took a little tumble and broke the glass top on the coffee table. I was nervous to contact Sheryl about it, but she was the kindest human. She was more concerned with my dad being okay than she was anything else. Book it! You won’t regret it!

We loved everything about this condo. My only complaint was we didn’t have washer/ dryer in the rooms like

Place was clean, neat, right by the beach and you can walk out on the balcony and feel the ocean breeze. had a little isue with the door knob, called the owner and she had some one quick. You cannot asl for more than that to enjoy a vacation. My family and I are greatful to have stayed here and not have to worry about something so little.

This condo was perfect! Great view and lots of room. The location is right on the beach and within walking distance to tons of good restaurants and shopping. I will definitely be staying here again!! Tysm for the stay!!

Overall we were very pleased with the condo. Well furnished, great location & wonderful communication with the owner/property manager. Would have given a 5 star rating except the fridge took almost 2 days to really start to cool and there was almost nothing when it came to starter supplies like extra trash bags, dish detergent, hand soap etc. I had to go buy all that day 1. I would recommend this condo.
