Very nice and clean

We had a fantastic stay and will be rebooking! It was a great location, clean, and decorated nicely.

The place was close to the trash so made it easy to throw trash away, close to the Lobby, close to the garage. Eaay acess to the pool and beach. Wish you could see the ocean better but your right at the pool. It was a great location, close to princess beach, several good resturants, close to Henderson State Park, Boardwalk, Habor Board Walk, and shopping. The issue was the kid room (twin bunk over a full) had bite marks on the wood, yellow stain on wood that grossed my kids out and both refused to sleep on bunk. The sheets on the full bed was stain and had mildew spots. The queen bed had rough sheets. The king bed had yellow stains, nasty. None of us would sleep on the sheets. We all slept on top of the bed on the comforter and had a comforter on top. Some of us brought our own blankets. My youngest slept on the pull out couch sofa. Under the mattress was nasty! Obviously the cleaning crew don't know how to vaccum it. The appliances were problematic. We had to hit the start button over 3 times to get it to wash. Sometimes it worked great.The maintenance man didnt even know how to get it to work either. The dryer was crap, it only worked on timed dry and you had to hit it 3xs to get clothes fully dried. Dishwasher, i think it worked. We started the cycle and when we were leaving it opened and had a count down of 20mins. It was on drying cycle. I guess it pops open while drying, I'm not sure but it wouldn't close, so i guess it was working correctly.

Great location and very convenient being right at the pool and the beach. Enjoyed every minute of our vacation!

We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights. Overall the condo was great. We had to text the property manager for a couple of minor things, they were excellent in responding quickly. The owners do need to change out one mattress because it has no support left but other than that all was great. This is a first floor unit with direct access to the pool, so you don’t have a view of the ocean but otherwise it’s a great condo unit and building.

The property was very clean, beautiful area and the location was ideal .Getting from one place to another was easy. I would recommend it highly.

Absolutely perfect place for families to spend time away together! This condo is absolutely stunning. Being able to walkout directly onto the pool deck was perfect for our family having little ones to carry! The location in Destin is perfect! My family and I will most definitely be staying here for all our future beach trips!

Very nice condo! It is literally steps to the pool and beach! The beach was so close. We will definitely stay here again!

Property was great, clean and great views. Had issues with accessing the building because the main doors lock and the gate wasn’t working the first night. Called help desk who finally explained condo was on lower level and could only be accessed using elevator from a different building. Took about 40 minutes but finally figured it all out.

We enjoyed our stay so much we are already planning a return trip. It is so convenient to be able to walk directly out to the pool. We will definitely be back.

Unlike any I have experienced before and for many reasons I give only 1 star overall rating. We stayed on the 1st floor. It was Advertised as Ocean Front/Ocean View, and our view was of a big hedge that was overgrown onto our patio. Where we saw many mice run in and out of. On the 3rd day I got the scare of my life when my 10-year-old grandson let out a scream that was flowed by, Snake! On the patio! We got a good look at him before he slithered back into the hedge and believe it was a nonvenomous whip snake but not positive. Not sure who thought it was a good idea to plant large hedges in front of the patio and block the view. I strongly advise removing them! I do realize there's a lot of people using these condos and can expect to see some wear and tear, but the rug on the living room floor and on the patio was so dirty they should have been thrown in the trash long ago and chairs in the living were also very dirty. It looked as if the place had been cleaned good by the cleaning crew. All in all, we did make the most of it and the grandchildren loved the pool. However, I will be calling and asking lots of questions before I book my next vacation.
