Southern C's Beachfront condo, tropical heated pool, great for family or couple

Everything was perfect

What a great short getaway! This property had all the amenities we could have asked for and more. It was a short drive to Historic Downtown St. Augustine as well. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

Great weekend would stay there again.

The home was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool games supplied by our host. The water function in the refrigerator was not working so we had to purchase drinking water. Thank you for providing a very comfortable stay.

This was the perfect spot for our family. Everything was impeccable and well organized. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was clean and stocked with all the necessities. The location couldn’t be beat. It was right on the ocean, and old town St. Augustine was just a short drive away. Sheri was an excellent host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This condo was so clean and literally stocked with everything you need. We loaded the beach cart everyday full of chairs and umbrellas. We will be staying here again!

We are a family of 6: 2 adults and 4 kids. We LOVED this condo. Very nice on the inside. Lots of space. Super clean. Sheri is wonderful and communicative. Extremely convenient- you get beach vibes and quick ride over to enjoy downtown, 15 minutes and very easy. Condos are directly on the beach. Both pools are nice. The beach is wonderful- big, not crowded at all. And this house has beach towels, chairs, toys- and everything is neat and clean. The area is quiet and family friendly. If we ever go back to St Augustine we would stay at Sheri’s place. Thank you!!

Our family of 5 absolutely loved this condo! It had lots of room, was close to everything, and the facility was excellent. The owner was fabulous to work with and has put in all the extras to make it a really wonderful setup. We travel to different beaches every year, and this one has been one of if not the best... would definitely stay here again. Thx!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was fantastic- clean, beautifully decorated, great location, and well-stocked. Everything we needed for the beach was there- towels, chairs, umbrella, beach cart, beach toys and boards, and a beach cooler. Truly a stress-free vacation on a beautiful beach. We will definitely be back the first chance we get!

Amazing condo and complex. It is so well thought out, plenty of extras such as beach towels and condiments. Communication with owners was fantastic. You will not go wrong renting this property for your St. Augustine family trip.

Two friends and I came to Florida for a beach vacation. We were so happy to find this unusually spacious condo loaded with everything you need for fun on the beach, or in the pools. We had direct access to a very nice, clean and not overly crowded beach. The kitchen was well-stocked and CLEAN! The location offered easy access to many restaurants and evening activities. A trip to the mainland was only about a 10 minute drive. All in all, we had a great time in a very nice condo. We would absolutely give the condo a thumb’s up!!!

We traveled with my two toddlers and my parents, and it was amazing. They had child utensils and dinnerware. If you forget something, they’re sure to have what you need. It was clean and perfect for our family trip. I’ll be booking this again next year!

Extremely clean and well equipped. Two beautiful pool and minutes to the beach. Easy access straight up the stairs from the parking lot. Highly recommend!

We came for spring break with my mom and kids (ages 5.5 and 4) and we had the best time! The condo was very spacious and it had everything we needed so we didn’t have to over pack! It’s next to a putt putt place that kids loved and has a heated pool! The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay! Would definitely go back!

Great area to stay. An easy walk to the beach and a short drive to downtown. House had everything we needed and also nice extras such as a washer/dryer, a great patio and everything we needed for the beach. The heated pool was a definite must for the kids. Would definitely recommend if you are planning on visiting St Augustine.

Beautiful condo overlooking a tropical pool. Everything you could possibly want was in the condo! We loved sitting in the balcony watching the Florida environment. Sheri was the perfect host. Incredibly responsive to our questions. The advice for surrounding places was perfect. Highly recommend this wonderful property and unit. We’ll be back!

Enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine Beach.

My family and I really enjoyed the space. It was difficult leaving. The space was light, comfortable, and great location. Sheri is very attentive and accessible. We had a great time on this space. I would recommend Sheri and her space to anyone looking for a great place to stay that’s incredibly close to the beach and minutes drive to virtually everything you would need.

Wonderful place, great communication, great location

This condo was exactly as pictured. The attention to detail was impressive. From perfect decor, to kitchen housewares, to necessary beach items...It was all there! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

From the moment we stepped inside the condo we knew it was going to be amazing. Everything you could ever want is included. From coffee filters to beach towels to big fluffy bath towels, Sheri has thought of everything. The master bed mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. Location is perfect. Pools were both incredible.

Beautiful! Exactly as described. Would stay there again. Would have appreciated grab bars in the showers but otherwise perfect.
