ABOUT THE HOME: This 2-bedroom, 2 bath Gulf front condo comfortably sleeps six. Gulf views from the moment you open the door. Wake up to beautiful Gulf views in the master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite, complete with a spacious walk-in shower. The guest room has two queen size beds and a bathroom: complete with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The kitchen, living and dining space is an open concept floor plan with great Gulf Views! The dining table comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the kitchen bar. Enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets from the private balcony with access from the master bedroom or living room.

ABOUT THE AREA: There is nowhere better to spend your days riding the waves of relaxation than South Shore 30A. When you can finally recover from the breathtaking Gulf views, walk through the open living and dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Step onto the private patio and take a seat at the table or on the lounger and take in the salty air. Just 50 yards away you can be lounging in the lagoon pool or having a bite to eat at Crabby Steve's restaurant.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- The parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    The entire place was under construction and not disclosed until the day of arrival. Constant noise, odors, and water coming in from under the door and windows. It will be very nice once complete, but should not have been listed as it was - didn’t feel like a vacation.

    Beautiful spacious condo with spectacular views of the ocean. Had a great time at this property - the location, views, amenities were excellent. 30a beach girls were responsive and attentive, it was a blast exploring the property and of course cruising the area on the bikes, thank you Hollie for getting us electric ones!! It was a great property clean comfortable and a very pleasant relaxing stay. We would love to go back!

    My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. It was quiet and relaxing. Loved the outside patio. Great place to relax with a book and glass of wine. And pretty view. The bed was comfy cozy! Thank you for the bonfire night, we loved it. So relaxing and peaceful. Hollie and Joy communicated very well. We will definitely be back again!

    Condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen needed a wine opener 30a beach girls had one to us in 30 minutes. Bonfire night was very fun. Would stay here again for the views and bonfire.

    The property is clean, spacious, comfortable and has excellent lighting and the most fantastic view. Proximity to beach and restaurants makes it ideal for a vacation stay. The service from 30a beach girls was amazing, simple and their bonfire was out of this world!

    Waking up in this condo with endless views up and down the beach was a highlight of staying in this property. Every day we had gorgeous views of the sunset and early morning views of the moon setting. Location is perfect, nestled within walking distance to both the Rosemary and Ally Beach restaurants and shops. The area and condo building does a really nice job on security so you feel totally safe. If you're traveling with kids, this location is great for kids to meet and play with other kids. Also loved having the waterfront restaurant onsite which made for really convenient lunches and drinks. Food there is good! The condo itself is very well appointed and clean. It was perfect for our family - we would LOVE to return.

    Third time to this area, this was by far the best trip yet. Condo was beautiful and well maintained. Security was rude. My 72 year old mother forgot to put her band on and they wouldn't let her walk back in. Because she look like a rowdy spring breaker! 30a beach girls was great to work with, they made it all very simple. Loved the gift box they left us and the free bonfire night. We would return and do recommend this location, just don't take off your band!

    This visit was amazing. First time to Rosemary Beach and we were very impressed. The downtown area was a great stroll with many restaurants and a fun market on Sunday. Definitely worth a drive down 30A to see all the different communities/beaches. As for the unit - it was perfect - beautiful ocean views and sounds of the waves, immaculate and well stocked. Easy check-in and attentive hosts. Everything went great - would highly recommend!
