South Forest Beach · 5-Min Walk to Beach & Coligny Plaza · Full Kitchen!

Location was good in regards to restaurants and nightlife. The 8 minute walk to the beach was an easy one. The unit itself was spacious, comfortable and well equipped . Beach chairs were small, uncomfortable and built for kids, which was unexpected. Communication was intermittent from the host throughout the process and especially lacking at check-in, causing us to contact VRBO and get them involved to have the host respond.

This property was perfect for our little Mother’s Day getaway! It’s right next to the pool (heated!) with an easy walk to and from the beach. The neighbors were super friendly. It’s quiet and lovely. The unit was well stocked. It had all the necessities for cooking. There’s also beach chairs and accessories located in one of the closets for your convenience. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. Short drive to shops and stores. There’s also an oceanfront restaurant at the beach access that was really good and vibey.

What’s great about this location is the proximity to the beach - it’s a uber quick walk the makes it reasonable to commute back and forth from the beach. The extra beach towels and beach chairs were also lovely. What’s not great is that the rest-fullness of your stay is completely dependent on your neighbors.You can hear every conversation happening in the units both below and beside yours. This is fine as long as those units aren’t full of screaming children…. We were not so lucky.

Super great for our short vacation, my family loved it! Walking distance to beach and lots of places to eat (even some pickleball courts) In a beautiful area surrounded by sidewalks and bike paths. The beds were clean and comfortable, and we would definitely stay again if we’re in the area

Overall we had a lovely holiday weekend at this condo only 8 min away from the beach. Soaked up the water, sun, and nearby Cologny Beach each day. Great way to say goodbye to Summer 2024!

We have stayed at the Dunes for 3 years now. Wonderful location!

Our stay was great. Cute little 2 bedroom condo, perfect for a family of four. It was in a quiet location, close to the beach and Coligny. Bonus, close to Lagerheads on the beach, which was a great place for drinks and lunch.

My friends and I loved Keith and Ben’s place! It was intimate and a really good location: fairly close to the beach and right on top of a couple of shopping centers. There was a pool on sight but it was a little too cold for that but it was nice to stargaze there!

It's a nice condo in a good location. It's not very well stocked, for instance only two dinner plates, one face towel. The owner takes forever to respond.
