Wonderful experience!! The condo is beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed the special touches and the welcoming package. Cami kept in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

We were very pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. First of all, communication with the staff was amazingly efficient and fast, both prior to our stay and during it. The listing itself was pristine. Everything was clean and in working order. With an historic building, you always worry about odd smells or poor functionality — NONE of that applied here. And it was so roomy! So much better than a single hotel room. We usually stay in the French Quarter, so this was our first stay in the Warehouse District. It was awesome - very clean and safe-feeling for a woman walking alone during regular hours, and my husband felt safe walking in pre-dawn hours to the Morial Convention Center. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance (Annunciation is highly recommended). 15-20 minute walk to the Quarter. Great people-watching from the balcony, and we saw a couple of second line parades from there. Really can’t stress how much we enjoyed this stay. Highly recommended!

This place was beautiful, comfortable and in a good location. We loved coming back to this place throughout our trip to New Orleans. It had everything we needed for our 4 days there. Fully stocked kitchen, toiletries, soap.. all of it. Beds were comfortable. The balcony was huge! We enjoyed it multiple times a day. Highly recommend staying here.

This was a great find. The location was great and the apartment was just what we needed for our Mardi gras weekend.

The listing was exactly as advertised. Kayla was super helpful. We walked almost everywhere as the location was very convenient. Definitely a safe and clean area.

The Pelican was absolutely perfect for our home base in NOLA. The layout, space and furnishings were all perfect. We would definitely rent again. Management was accommodating and available the entire time! The place was well appointed and well stocked.

We were in town for a trade show. Apartment was very clean, and in a great location. Within walking distance to convention center, casino, French Quarter. We flew in to New Orleans, so we took an Uber for places we wanted to go farther out. If I were returning to New Orleans, I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at the pelican. The location was perfect. The place was very clean and the communication was flawless. It was great having the starter kit in every bathroom and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need if you decided to dine in. We will definitely be back!

Cannot recommend enough. This was such a great place to stay. This is great location if you're looking for something quieter than the French quarter. We walked to the French quarter, only 20 mins. Also parks and great restaurants near by. Wonderful amenities and impeccably decorated. SUCH a fun place to stay.

We loved our stay with teenagers. It was nice having our own beautiful apartment to go to. Very peaceful! And location is ideal.

The home was in a very friendly, quiet, safe neighborhood. The home also exceeded our expectations. It looks even better in person! We loved the fact that the condo was in very nice condition. The hosts responded super quick, I had no issues and would absolutely book again!
