SOPHISTICATED SOUTHERN PENTHOUSE DOWNTOWN CONDO! Large Living Area + Spacious Private Terrace!

This unit is GORGEOUS!!, super spacious and looks spanking new. Close to everything. Doesn't get any better than this. Everything from booking to check in and the experience itself were top notch. Don't look any further and rent this unit, you won't regret it.

Everything was clean and accessories well-stocked. Property was spacious and attractive. A great location that is in the middle of the best parts of NOLA.

This was the best place we have ever stayed in NOLA. We will definitely be back. Family of 6 never felt cramped at all. The kids loved the balcony and hanging out in the spacious living room. We were close enough to all the fun spots but far enough to not hear any of it. Loved the snacks and drinks when we arrived after being in the car for a few hours.

This was an amazing condo! It is beautiful and spic and span clean. The area is quiet, clean and safe for walking to the riverfront or French Quarter (about a 10 minute walk). The beds are very comfortable, as is the den sofa, which my husband very clearly appreciated!

Our place was immaculate and beautiful and had everything we needed! We were able to walk to nearly everything we did during our stay. Great communication and I loved that there was a locker available for our belongings until we were able to check in so we could enjoy new Orleans without lugging our luggage around!

Our stay was absolutely exceptional! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with thoughtful touches like snacks and stocked amenities to quick, friendly communication. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we truly felt at home. We'd give more than five stars if we could! Highly recommend and would love to return

I was staying here to attend a conference at the convention center. I could not have asked for a better location. Closer than many of the hotels.

Couldn't ask for a nicer cleaner place. Both times I've stayed have far exceeded expectations; my friends traveling with us could not believe how nice of a place it was.

We really enjoyed our trip to NOLA, and the place was just perfect. We had our adult children and spouses. It was great having 3 bedroom suites and the roomy living area for our family reunion. The unit was clean, well decorated and had all the supplies we needed. Also we could not of found a better location for all the activities we did. The gym looked great, but we were too busy to even give it any time. Next time we will stay longer.

Beautiful condo, great location, perfect getaway

What an incredible stay! There are some wonderful walkable things in the area- loved how centrally located it was. Ubered around to other neighborhoods, ate amazing food, and had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend it.

What a gem!! This was a real stand-out among the places I've had the opportunity to stay in, and I can't recommend it highly enough. It is truly walking distance from the Quarter, and the space is just gorgeous. Spotless, charming, funky, comfortable, fun - was a real asset for our amazing trip. After a long day/night walking through the streets in the city, the beds were heaven-sent and so comfortable. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. ?

Our group of 6 absolutely loved our stay at this rental. It matched the photos, had beautiful touches that made it feel homey, and we never felt cramped. It is a short drive to the main touristy places and there is plenty of nightlife nearby as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic. The place was very nice inside. The decor was beautiful. It was easy to travel around the city from this location. I wasn't sure if parking would be a concern, but we always had a spot open right outside of our place. It was exactly what we needed.

This place was so nice! 10/10! I will DEFINITELY be staying again next time we visit New Orleans! Super clean, A nice balcony, spacious, organized, and well decorated! It was a very comfortable stay!
