SoCe, named for the ideal location South of Central Avenue in Olde Naples, offers the unique opportunity for a luxurious short-term vacation stay, walking distance to the beach and elegant 5th Ave S shopping and dining district. The building was designed by renowned local architect, MHK, and the interiors are decked out with finishes and furnishings selected by coastal contemporary design experts, Clive Daniel Home. UNIT DETAILS: Unit 308 has an open kitchen with sleek gray quartz countertops and a three seat breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen has cookware, dishes, utensils and serve ware and there is a four seat dining table in case you ever decide to forego the fantastic restaurants within walking distance and eat in! The bedroom has a king size bed made up with crisp white linens and the living room has a sleeper sofa to accommodate a total of four guests. Sliding glass doors with western exposure lead out to the balcony, equipped with a two-top table - perfect for sipping morning coffee or a cocktail while the sun goes down on the horizon! The bathroom is accessible from the living areas and has a full size front load washer and dryer for laundry convenience. There is one assigned covered parking space on the ground floor and additional public parking is available along 8th St S. Note, since this building is zoned for short term rental only, it does not receive USPS mail service and you will not have access to a mailbox during your stay. Designed to offer urban sophistication and amenities within a quaint beach town setting, SoCe Flats is an ideal place to enjoy the increasingly cosmopolitan Naples lifestyle! AMENITIES: Onsite, the 18-unit building has a private open air amenity deck on the third floor with an outdoor grilling area, lounge and dining seating and a TV. LOCATION: SoCe is located along the growing 8th Street Corridor in Olde Naples just three short blocks from 5th Ave S and eight blocks from beach access at the end of charming 1st Ave S. Many other conveniences are within walking distance such as Wynn s gourmet market and CVS.

PLEASE NOTE: A refundable security deposit is required for this property and will be collected directly by The Holiday Life prior to check-in. The deposit is typically processed 10–14 days before arrival and refunded after departure, subject to a property inspection.

    Start with outside. Balcony bathtub size. Cleaning ladies louder than ever, remolding rooftop area loud, parking - could not get in my car! Inside - toilet paper sandpaper, bed pillow hard - had to buy a new one, shower no clothes lace for soap on floor. More!

    It may or may not have been an accident but we almost got a $450 charge for golf/dinner priveleges that didn't exist. So, it was much less expensive when I read the detailed bill and asked about that line item.

    Easy walk to Naples best restaurants and shops. Bright, contemporary, clean condo. Also convenient to the best high end grocery store with fabulous prepared foods. No need to ever cook a thing!

    Thank you The Holiday Life for the wonderful experience at Soce Flats. The unit was immaculate and the check in/check out process was seamless. This location is unbeatable! Walk to 5th and in a lovely neighborhood as well. Supplies provided were appreciated. Please be aware that this is a redevelopment area with a lot of construction. There will be noise and construction crews parking nearby, sometimes blocking the parking spots. Eventually this will change, but in the meantime, the best units face west towards the middle school. It’s worth it to have the school/sunset view. Overall it was a great stay!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. Beautifully appointed from its famous designer building to designer interiors. Stunning. Everything one might need. Close to beach, 5th Ave, good coffee--all walking distance. Chairs & cooler included. Beautiful view. Peaceful neighborhood. If you were tempted to move to Florida, this will be the final push. You'll fall for it. Just...a gorgeous experience overall.
