Designed to offer urban sophistication and amenities within a quaint beach town setting, SoCe Flats is an ideal place to enjoy the increasingly cosmopolitan Naples lifestyle! UNIT DETAILS: The floor plan for unit 305 includes an open kitchen with breakfast bar, living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a bedroom with king size bed and upgraded room darkening window shades. One full bathroom has dual vanity sinks and a glass enclosed shower. A full size stacked front load washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet near the kitchen. Covered parking on the ground floor is included for 1 vehicle. AMENITIES: Onsite, the 18-unit building has a private open air amenity deck on the third floor which features an outdoor grilling area, lounge and dining seating with TV. While there is no swimming pool or gym on site at SoCe, the Briggs Wellness Center is within walking distance and offers day passes for $12 which provides access to a large gym with cardio equipment and fitness classes, locker rooms with dry sauna and whirlpool, and an outdoor lap pool. LOCATION: SoCe is located along the growing 8th Street Corridor in Olde Naples just four short blocks from 5th Ave S and eight blocks from beach access at the end of charming 1st Ave S. Many other conveniences are within walking distance such as Wynn s gourmet market and CVS.

    No vineyard views, no vineyards. It was reasonably clean. Our parking space was occupied when we arrived a day late, not enough trash bags, bed looked very old (like a used Holiday Inn bed) and hard. No place to put shampoo and soap in the shower, except the floor. The last two days access to the parking was not available, had to park on the street. Sofa in living room was hard and not comfortable.

    Everything about this stay was excellent. The communication from the owner was as good as we've seen. The property was exactly as described, and was very, very nice. Would very much stay there again or stay at another property managed by them.

    Everything was fine accept the front door was broke we had to walk upstairs to 3rd floor 1st night 2nd night then we were able to use the side door to the elevator until they got the front door working. The side door was fine to use as appose to back door with stairs. Very new and clean. Kitchen ,living room and bedroom were perfect. No Noise we will be back again and reccomend it to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was easy to get code and access room without a checkin process. There was a deck/amenities room on the 3rd floor. There was the alleged hot tub there. But was never given a code for the room. Eventually tried the several different codes we were provided for the building but could not get the hot tub to turn on or get warm. The vibe was a little sterile like a hotel, but much quieter. But the place was well stocked and beautiful. Probably not the vibe I was looking for on a vacation with a friend but would still consider staying again.

    This condo was beautiful and spotless. Every amenity you can think of. The location was perfect. There was a lot of construction all around us , however it was pretty quiet in the Condo. Hardly noticeable.

They went the extra mile to ensure a great experience/stay.The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.Our contact responded in a very timely fashion to the few inquiries we had.The location was great. It is steps to 5th Ave shopping and restaurants as well as very near the beach and Baker Park. Having the wagon and beach chairs and umbrella provided was very nice. Yes, there was construction around us but we were made aware of that ahead of time and it really did not bother us.We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again next year!
