SOCE FLATS 302 - Brand New Olde Naples Condo Steps to 5th Ave S!

Cannot beat the location of this condo! It is a new build and exactly as described. Ours was a last minute booking and they were very responsive. We were vey comfortable during our stay and enjoyed being able to walk to 5th Ave and 3rd Street several times a day. We would have liked a screened in area to sit outside however with the location you won't be spending much time in the condo anyway!

Could not have been more nearly perfect for our 55th wedding anniversary week-end. Amazed by the cleanliness and brightness of the apartment, lovely decor and furniture, beds comfortable and all amenities were available. Good location for visiting Naples.

Reviewer Comments: Property was beautiful and in a great location. Only issue we had was that there were lights on the exterior of the building that shone into the bedrooms all night. There was no way to turn them off and the curtains were not blackout curtains we were not able to get a good night sleep in either room.

Renting a unit with a wrap around balcony was a plus. There is a key code for both building and unit entry which made us feel safe. We just wished the hot tub was in working order.

I rented the property and everything was going great until I received a frantic call from my wife stating that a young man entered the condo without warning and began asking questions about renting the property. After further investigation it was revealed that is was the owner's son and I immediately notified the property manager but the owner could have called to give us a sense of relief and apologize. Unfortunately I will not be staying at this location next year when I return to the event.

We loved this apartment!! It really felt like we were the first ones renting it! Super clean and no hassle for extra towels etc!! Will be back!!

Stayed here two nights. 3 blocks to Fifth Ave, 7 to beach. Highly recommend. Plenty of space to relax and large balcony. I do wish balcony wasn’t a solid wall and you can’t turn off outside lights. Otherwise excellent and yes I’d stay again.

If your capable of taking longer walks the beach is quite accessible. Great place to explore the neighborhood that is filled with mature trees. When we returned from our exploring we knew we had a spacious clean place that was waiting for our arrival.
