SoCe Flats is an exciting new condominium development in the most desirable neighborhood in Naples, the Paradise Coast s most coveted beach town. SoCe, named for the ideal location South of Central Avenue in Olde Naples, offers the unique opportunity for a luxurious short-term vacation stay, walking distance to the beach and elegant 5th Ave S shopping and dining district. The building was designedby renowned local architect, MHK, and the interiors are decked out with finishes and furnishings selected by coastal contemporary design experts, Clive Daniel Home.

​​​​​​​UNIT DETAILS: Unit 206 has an open kitchen with white quartz countertops and a 3-seat breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen has cookware, dishes, utensils and serve ware and there is a four seat dining table in case you ever decide to forego the fantastic restaurants within walking distance and eat in! The bedroom has a queen size bed made up with crisp white linens and the living room has a sleeper sofa to accommodate a total of four guests. Sliding glass doors with western exposure lead out to the balcony, equipped with a high-top table with three chairs plus two sitting chairs - perfect for sipping morning coffee or a cocktail while the sun goes down on the horizon! The bathroom is accessible from the living areas and has dual vanity sinks and a glass enclosed shower. A full size front load washer and dryer are enclosed in a closet for laundry convenience. There is one assigned parking space on the ground floor and additional public parking is available along 8th St S. Note, since this building is zoned for short term rental only, it does not receive USPS mail service and you will not have access to a mailbox during your stay.

AMENITIES: Onsite, the 18-unit building has an open air amenity deck on the third floor which features an outdoor grilling area, lounge and dining seating with a TV.

LOCATION: SoCe Flats is located along the growing 8th Street Corridor in Olde Naples just three short blocks from 5th Ave S and eight blocks from beach access at the end of charming 1st Ave S. Many other conveniences are within walking distance such as Wynn's gourmet market and CVS. Designed to offer urban sophistication and amenities within a quaint beach town setting, SoCe Flats is an ideal place to enjoy the increasingly cosmopolitan Naples lifestyle!

PET-FRIENDLY STAY: We know pets are part of the family, and your furry friend is welcome here! This home allows one well-mannered dog (up to 45 lbs.) with prior approval. Please share your pup's age, size, and breed at the time of booking. A $25/night pet fee and $100 cleaning surcharge apply.

    We loved it here, brand new, very clean, and up to date condominium. The owners have covered every detail from laundry detergent, beach towels and a cooler, ironing board, and I am sure there is even more. We stayed here for 8 days and loved every part of this location. It is a few blocks from 5th ave and all the restaurants and shopping. Its located just 12 minutes from the largest pickleball center, ever... National Pickleball Center and their 64 pickleball courts! Btw, open play is very easy to do with multiple skill levels. And another bonus is the beach is not very far either! ENJOY this one, we did and we will definetly be back.

    We were so pleased with this property and would definitely consider renting it in the future. The condo was neat and clean. It had more than enough room for the 2 of us. The location was perfect us. It was a 3 minute bike ride to the tennis courts at Cambier Park, a 5 minute walk to our favorite restaurants on 5th Avenue South and a 4 minute bike ride to the beach. This building does not have a pool; however, we do not require one. The beautiful gulf beach is more than satisfying for us. Overall, everything was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely place. Bright, spotless, perfect for 2 people. The apartment is very comfortable, and even more roomy than the photos show. Bedroom isn't large, but all the other rooms are, including the bathroom. Comfortable bed, and great shower. Location is wonderful! Just three blocks to great shopping and restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo in a great location. Amenity deck with grill is beautiful-really need to fix the hot tub though! Only drawback to apartment is ALOT of light comes through living room and bedroom shades so it never gets real dark at night to sleep- especially if u want to use pullout couch.     All very new, full and impeccable kitchen, TVs in the living room and bedroom are smart and gigantic. The balcony is excellent, without a doubt it is a differential of this unit. The room is great, good bed (not big), the only negative point is that the curtains are not blackout. All queries with the manager were quickly answered. The location is excellent, the garage too. We will definitely stay in this apartment again
