San Carlos 1006 is located on the 10th floor and is a direct beachfront condo. It is located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Everything about the San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible, including the highly desirable zero entry pool perfect for the entire family. This huge 1407 square foot condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or enjoying the sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This smoke-free unit features a King bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen bed in the Guest bedroom 1, and a Queen Guest bedroom 3. There is also a sleeper spfa in the living room. Unit 1006 has modern and contemporary decor/furnishings and a full size washer and dryer. Parking is at a premium, so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced.

    We enjoyed our stay.We was able to walk to some restaurants and places to shop so we liked that it was close enough to do that.It was quite and no problem except a few nights while sitting on the balcony someone was smoking and it was very strong and the place had a little musky smell but we would stay here again.

    Kitchen needs new appliances and cookware. Wi-Fi was great, also great location. Worst bed I have ever slept on. The condo really needs to be remodel all the way through. The rugs were not vaccumed and the entire condo smelled bad. However the location was excellent and so was the ocean views. The master bed was way to high off the floor. Not suitable for people over 50 or so.

    Very clean, spacious, with beach access. We come to Gulf shores a fee times a year and San Carlos is our favorite.

    This condo is spacious, clean, and the location is wonderful. We walked to the Polar Dip and many restaurants and to do a little shopping, too. The host was extremely communicative. We especially enjoyed the sauna on the cool evenings and the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

    This property is in a great location; walking distance to restaurants; easy access to the beach. We (3 teenagers and myself) had tons of room! Would stay again and book with Prickett Properties!

    Property was beautiful and a great location, however, needs a DEEP cleaning. I say this with peace and love. The grout between the tiles on the floor is thick with grime, and there are areas, especially doorways, that have a thick layer of grime. If it were me I would probably just replace with a click and lock flooring to rid of grout altogether. Some areas of the walls need a good scrubbing. The couches also need a good deep cleaning or replaced. I would recommend brining some baking soda for the fridge and freezer.. those were very clean, but just had that freezer/fridge smell and taste. Again, this is beautiful, the deck is nice and big, location is perfect very spacious.. but needs some TLC. I would tell you to stay, but bring house shoes :)
