The casita, just off Don Diego Ave, is 1/2 mile to the Railyard District, 3/4 mile to the world famous downtown Santa Fe Plaza where shopping, dining, and gallery browsing awaits. Also walk to Trader Joe’s and other stores at the Coronado Center, Clafoutis French Cafe, Maria’s Mexican Kitchen, Santa Fe Antiques and Flea Market, and Salvador Perez Park (“the train park” - vintage Santa Fe RR locomotive on site, playground, sand volleyball, multi-purpose fields, and picnic tables).
The casita features traditional Santa Fe ceiling beams, and was completely renovated in 2018, including hardwood bamboo floors; bathroom cabinetry,; new kitchen appliances, tile counter tops, sink and subway tile backsplash.
