Snowbird's Escape: 6 Mi to Beach & Old Naples!

First the good….very well equipped condo with everything you will need. Excellent location, very quiet and wonderful pool and grounds…never had a problem getting pool chairs at any time of day. Opportunities include a short information sheet in the condo on how to operate TV, AC and when and how to deal with garbage. Only major change needed in condo is primary bedroom carpet needs replacing. Final concern is that this and many VRBO properties are now managed by a Management company….not the owner. In our case we had a company dealing with the booking and another company to deal with locally. Although both responsive, this obviously added to the costs.

Fairly close to Downtown Naples & the beaches. Lovely neighbors. Pool was heated, clean & never overly busy. Unit had not been cleaned on our arrival, but owners made it right with a refund that more than covered our hotel for the first night while the unit was cleaned. It could, however, use a deep clean & for me it would be nice to have used/personal items in the bathroom put away for guests. Mattress appeared new but was rather uncomfortable as were the pillows. Newer sofa & love seat in the living area than what is pictured. Pleasant lanai overlooking the pool.

Condo was very clean and cheerful. Close to everything. Nice safe neighborhood. Two bathrooms and nice kitchen. Beautiful outdoor pool.

The location of this property was ideal for access to South Florida. The condo was well-supplied and was a comfortable home base for our wonderful monthlong vacation. The only problem was that the Property Manager was not present when we arrived to provide an orientation to the property, eg. electrical and water service. However, the owner immediately responded to our call and quickly resolved any issues.

Alex and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was our second time there and we love the warmth and welcoming attitude from other home owners and guests. This property is super clean and well equipped with all the amenities to satisfy any need. Just steps away from a clean well kept pool and BBQ area. The proximity to downtown was perfect for us . Close enough to get their quickly and yet far enough to come home to a quiet peaceful condo to be able to relax We can't wait for another chance to go back and visit this little gem in Naples

Karen and I have spent 3 winters here from cold Iowa and just wanted to share our experiences. Brian and Margaret have a lovely, quiet, comfortable condo in Naples and this little community is so special to many of us. The people that live here and many guests have become our friends and we miss them when we have to leave each year. The condo is close to downtown and golf courses and shopping. The pool area is always available and with the new BBQ added it makes enjoying that space even more enjoyable You don't need to bring anything to this condo, it has everything you need ( except personal items ). Every amenity you need is here. We especially love how quiet this area is at night, sleeping with your windows open allows cool breezes with no noise of the busy downtown. We had to stop coming due to health reasons but we LOVE this little piece of paradise in Naples. John & Karen
