amenities were ok the curtains would not stay up the carpet was dirty and worn. The weather was beyond your control too cold for the pool so we used the hot tub but only for 2 of the 12 days we were there. There was a leak so unusable. The enevator did not work on a regular bases we had to leave early and the elevator was stuck at 3:30 in the morning. We had to leave for Iowa about 10 days early because my mother was put in hospice So I asked if we could rebook at a facility in October or whenever there was not a high need and use the amount of the fee we had paid for a week stay. But was denied this. The weather was awful and the trip to Iowa was not expected at this time. Not sure if we would book with Rea; Joys again

The view was pretty good. I have a little babe so it was nice staying at the board and ocean. I imagine the beach as well if it wasn’t closed during our stay. The pool was nice and the view from the pool was amazing. I think the seating by the pools needs cleaned because they were pretty dirty. Our room was awesome and very roomy for us all. I had to spend most of many in the room with the baby. Very clean and pretty. The AC went out during our stay and they kept up with communication and brought in fans for us and had it back up the folllowing morning. When I read take the water taxi to Margaritaville I thought it was included but it’s not. I def wish the beach right next to the hotel was open and that they weren’t working on their viewing beach but overall it was a good stay.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! I would recommended it to anyone with little children. My kids loved the pool and the beach (that is private to the condo) it’s quite in the area and just what we was looking for!

Very nice and safe property. Gorgeous views of the HarborWalk and the gulf. Very clean and convenient to everything. Only downfall was construction going on in tower 2 and beside us.

No heat for 3 days,leak in ceiling of bathroom, hot water was cold and cold was hot no notes to tell us that when doing laundry or any where. At one point no heat,electric or water!

Property was beautifull although i felt lied to in pictures it seemed like there were 3 pools on the property but there wasnt and access to the beach was not easily accessible at all

I was close yet far enough away. The place was clean and just what we needed. I definitely would love to stay again! This is added to the list!

The Real Joy team was great at communicating, however, the condo that was advertised as unit 207 did not adequately depict the condo that we stayed in. They also advertise 2 pools, however, the 2nd pool belongs to Tower 2 and that was for private owners and we were not allowed to swim there. The beach access to Noriego point was blocked off from the condo property by a locked gate, so you have to walk off of the property to access this. The coffee pot was broken, the toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was loose, the TV in the queen bedroom would not connect to wi-fi to save my life. The kitchen was stocked just barely enough for the 2 of us 50ish women, however, there's no way there are enough dishes to try to cook a decent meal for the family. All in all, we had a decent time.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient, fabulous, good views, and very quiet. It was probably the week we were there, but we had the pool mostly to ourselves. The unit is a little older but fairly well maintained overall. Great communication from the renter with easy check in and check out processes.

This exceeded my expectations!!! The experience was epic.

When we got there, we were disappointed because the hotel in no way overlooks the shore of the beach. The pictures were deceiving making it look like the beach was right there, but it’s not. when we wanted to go to the beach, we had to go somewhere else. overall we really had a great vacation, we enjoyed seeing the boardwalk from across the patio .

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the unit was spacious, with plenty of room for the four of us. I was worried about the cleanliness after seeing some reviews, but I had no issues, thought it was just fine. My favorite part is its location on Holiday Isle, the O’Steen Beach Trail, and Destin Harbor. We had so much fun watching the boats in the harbor. Definitely recommend, and I would also stay here again.

I honestly wish they would let me put up pictures. The location is great that’s it. This condo is absolutely disgusting. Stained furniture, shower stool for a side table, holes in the furniture. Slippery, floors whatever you do don’t go barefoot. It took the staff four days to clean up shattered glass due to a table breaking outside. There is no love for this building at all.
