You can experience water views from the living room, master bedroom, and, kitchen. Do you want to see dolphins, stingrays, manatees, sea otters They are daily occurrences here. All the marine life pics listed were taken from our unit (videos available upon request). And enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck outside the unheated pool.

Skiff Point condos is a 12 unit building that’s an 8 minute walk to Publix, 10 minute walk to Island Way Grill and their world famous Sunday Brunch, and a 6 minute drive to Pier 60 and the country’s most beautiful beaches. You will have your own designated parking space 20 feet from the front door.
