Excellent oceanfront views, lux decor inside the condo, well stocked with everything you would need. In the master bedroom, bed could use upgrade, could feel springs digging in me, was very squeaky and loud when we would turn over.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The views are absolutely breathtaking - waking up to the sound of the waves and that panoramic oceanfront view was unforgettable. The space itself is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.The owners were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and provided fantastic recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The Anchor was hands down our favorite - such a great spot!Overall, we had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable beach getaway!

From the first point of contact with the host to the departure everything was just perfect! This condo truly feels like an ocean sky loft, stunning views of the ocean and shorelines are far reaching and unobstructed in every direction. We even saw dolphins one morning! The home itself is immaculately clean and well decorated- elevated beach house style. Also the host was always available and gave us great restaurant and entertainment suggestions. If you’re in the Ormond Beach area, this is the place to stay!

It was a dream stay for us. From the moment we walked in our breath was taken away for all the best reasons. The accommodations provided were perfect ( chairs, beach toys, towels etc for the kids. Washer/Dryer). The space was open yet private perfect for a family with two kids (9-11). The binder of menus came in handy for sure. The trip began as a one time special occasion to get out of landlocked Nebraska and will now become a yearly tradition. We will be sure to book with her ever time, not only because of the condo but because she was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process!

Everything about our stay was perfection. Very comfortable linens and bed. Love the location and view. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is provided. Excellent host! We will be back. Love the secure parking garage.

This was everything we wanted in our ocean front condo. The host was amazing wealth of local resources. We took her up on her restaurant suggestions. The Rose Villa was a perfect place for Brunch as we left the condo. The balcony was our favorite spot. Preferred to sitting on the beach too!

Wonderful Condo on the beach, the views were amazing, the decor was warm, comfortable and relaxing, the owner has impeccable taste. Susan was the best host, she spent an incredible amount of time with us making recommendations for restaurants and places to see. This was our second stay here, I'm sure we will be returning soon!!

Check-in is always a breeze. Detailed instructions are left, and they are always so helpful. The kitchen is beautiful, and is perfect for our family of five!

Our family was in Ormond for a few days and Susan's unit was the perfect place for us to stay! From the moment you enter through the door, you know this place is special. Literally everything from start to finish was perfect! The unit was exactly as described and in spotless condition. I cook most of our meals, so it was very convenient to have pans and utensils available. Susan was very helpful with suggestions for local places to visit, eat, etc. (We checked out the Cheezy restaurant across the street and it was great!) The pool area was in great condition, and beach access was easy and convenient. We can't wait to visit again!

Beachfront was perfect - amazing view and there is nothing like hearing the peaceful ocean wherever you want. The condo had beautiful interior design and all furnishings were great. Susan was absolutely outstanding with communication, recommendations and was very accomodating (i.e. made sure we had a pack and play for our baby).If I am being really picky, the condo location wasn't as walkable as I thought.

Couldn't have ask for a more perfect place! Susan was fantastic with suggestions and was very helpful. We will be back!

Wow what an amazing place and an amazing host! Susan was so nice and accommodating, giving us a whole list of fun stuff to do and delicious places to eat. Beautiful condo on the perfect height floor. Listened to the calming waves every night in bed. We searched a lot of places before deciding on this one and we definitely made the right decision. The reviews speak for themselves. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!

First of all, I would like to say the host, Susan, was an absolute pleasure. I chose her property based on the decor and the views. Once we arrived, we were not disappointed. The building itself is a bit dated but her condo exceeded my expectations. The property was very clean and smelled AMAZING. The views were excellent and I'm going to miss the sound of the waves outside of my window. If I'm ever in the Daytona/Ormond Beach area again, I would not hesitate to stay here. There's a wide selection of restaurants near by as well as a Publix basically across the street. Susan was kind enough to provide an extensive list of places to eat and things to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days at this property.

Everything was perfect - from the check in to the check out Easy Peezy. Beautiful decorations and upscale kitchen and bathrooms Comfy master bed and enjoyed the oceanfront balcony. We will be back. Thanks for a perfect get away.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Susan is great to work with and shared lots of tips on the area that enhanced our experience. Ormond by the sea is a charming beach community. The property is as advertised and would absolutely stay here again.

This property is amazing. It is on the 9th floor and completely renovated and modern. My 6 year old said that it must be a house of the future. The views are amazing and you can see the ocean from all of the common areas and the master bedroom. Our 2 boys loved the octopus room. The walk to the beach is very easy and short. The pool is clean and refreshing. The building is very clean and well kept. We were there for Labor Day weekend and it was very quiet, which we enjoyed. This area does not have the touristy vibe at all, you feel more like a local, which we loved. There are a plethora of great dining options within a 5 to 10-minute drive. Hull's Seafood Market was our favorite! On top of all of this, Susan, is the absolute best host that I have ever dealt with. She arranged a call with me a few days prior to our arrival to go over everything. She is very detailed and gave us great recommendations on things to do and places to eat in the area. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice quiet and relaxing beach getaway. You will not be disappointed!!

We stayed for the weekend during the Daytona race. My son and I went to the race while my wife and daughter stayed around the condo. I liked the feel of the area, not overly touristy at all, lots of local restaurants, and still close to all the fun amenities if you wanted to go. My wife and daughter went shopping, glow in the dark mini golf, among other things. The condo is absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for all four of us, and the view was spectacular. Susan was great. You can tell she's been doing this a while and has thought of pretty much everything. My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer! There is so much to do in that area, you could easily fill up a weeks worth of activities, not including bumming it on the beach! We will definitely be back, 5 stars all the way around.

The location was perfect for our needs! The beach and pool area were super quiet and it felt very private. We loved waking up to the sunrise and hearing the waves every day. We even caught a rocket launch in the morning which we all enjoyed. Susan was very helpful wity lots of hreat food and activity recommendations. 10/10 would recommend.
