It is also a short 10-minute walk from the center of Downtown where you can enjoy shopping, dining, live music and special events. Just imagine taking a scenic stroll along the Poudre River Trail, stopping by the Old Town Farmers Market and then returning home to enjoy a delicious meal on the patio which backs directly to the park. There is nothing quite like the summertime buzz of an afternoon baseball game, cheering fans and the crack of a game-winning home run!

NOTE: The home for rent is the garden level of an over/under duplex and the upper level is rented separately. Both spaces have completely separate entrances and private patios both front and back.
 
NOTE: If bringing a dog, please note that the backyard is not fully fenced and that your dogs must be kept on a leash when outside the residence since the yard is shared with the upper level.

    Rental team is most responsive and helpful. Staff returns phone calls most often they. Immediately answer the phone location is perfect. Easy to walk into town and ride at Martinez park. You can't go wrong.
