SLC Downtown Condo! walk to Vivant, Temple Square!

Good place, good location

Very convenient and walkable area. How was very clean and comfortable. Though there was no reason to really interact with the host other than the notifications about check-in, door code, communication seemed excellent.

It’s nice enough. 2 problems: - tv doesn’t work - can’t contact the property manager or owner. Confirmation includes only for contact, that goes to a page that is non-functioning. I wanted to find out if I could extend by one day, but I can’t reach anyone

The location is excellent in terms of getting to and from Temple Square and the State Capitol. We walked everywhere! The condo itself is lovely. The kitchen is cute, functional, and well equipped. The living is spacious and would do well with an armchair. The three of us had to all sit on the couch to relax in the evening. The bedroom is a bit small, but manageable, and the back door of the condo opens into the bedroom, which is unusual. The bathroom has an odd layout, but is clean and worked well for us. I would caution people when getting in and out of the shower, as the shower floor can be slippery and the entrance into the shower stall is narrow. I would recommend this place to a couple or a small family.

Netflix was mentioned in the initial email but it was not a smart TV and the only other thing plugged into the HDMI was the blue ray player. Loving rook light didn't work.

We were in SLC for a concert at the Delta arena. You can see the arena from front window of property. It's a short and safe walk to the arena. There are several good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive.

Easy to get out .

Place was fine. At first we didn’t think there were any towels. Then we found them all in the dryer. Listing said room for six so we thought the four of us would have plenty of room, but there were only two beds. Listing should be amended to sleeps four as the sofa sleeper was broken when we arrived. One of us had to sleep on the couch the whole time.

The place was generally clean and in good shape and matched the listing. There was a minor cleanliness issue, and communication with the property manager was slow and sometimes lacking.

Host was great at responding to questions.Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Great location to be close to Temple Square and Vivint.

Such a cute condo in a wonderful antique building. Property is very secure. Bed is super comfy, new and clean.

Cute little place downtown. Only room for one vehicle to park safely in the gated parking. My aunt's car was broken into on the street.

Solid accommodations.

We loved this condo for our vacation. It was cozy and had a lot of character. Its proximity to downtown, the airport, and having a protected private parking space made everything so easy for us. We appreciated quick responses when we had questions. It was the perfect spot for heading to all parts of SLC and beyond. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a tournament, and loved the full kitchen and washer and dryer. We were able to eat health and cheaply along with wash out any stains on the athletes uniform. Perfect accommodations.

This is a small cute older condo. Its a quick walk to Salt Palance and Temple Square. It was just two of us so we made things work OK but there is no where to unpack clothes so you have to live out of your suitcases. The pull out sofa bed is not useable. I believe the Murphy bed could have been used. Bedroom bed was comfortable. A lot of street and night noise as windows are old and I suppose that comes with being down town. Manager was quick to respond to questions and very friendly.

The best part about this place is the amazing location. We had an event at the Salt Palace and we were able to walk to it every day and come back to take a rest when we needed to. We also walked to many of the downtown attractions. It was a wonderful stay in that aspect. The host had things well stocked in the kitchen. Probably the best of any VRBO I’ve stayed in. The bathroom is definitely a little funky, but it worked. Check-in was easy and everything made sense for getting to the room easily. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding and towels and everything for our family.

Cute kitchen, comfortable. The condo had everything we needed even shampoo and conditioner.

Property was clean and comfortable. Only minor issue was there were a couple different codes given to enter security gate. Will certainly stay there again.

Clean and safe with books and board games. The bathroom is quirky, but cute and functional. Full sized bed, sleeper couch, and murphy bed. Washer and dryer and plenty of bedding and blankets. Very responsive property manager. Would stay again.

The property met our needs. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was small but suitable. We couldn’t get Netflix to play a movie but we weren’t there with idol time long enough to worry about it. There weren’t many clean towels when we arrived but I located more in the dryer. All in all we were satisfied with our stay.

The location of this apartment was a few blocks from the person we were visiting so that was a big plus. The wifi was weak and insecure. We would not have been able to connect to the internet or use the TV without the hotspots on our phones. The couch was broken, and the apartment could have been cleaner. The property manager responded to our first question about the wifi - said to unplug/replug to restart the modem, but that had no change. The did not respond to the second question. We would not stay there again.
