We really enjoy this area! It's in a fantastic, charming Salt Lake City neighborhood. Right at the edge of downtown, it feels quiet and peaceful while still being close to all the great energy of the city.
There is an instruction book with a list of our favorite restaurants check out the restaurant guide there is some really amazing food close by!
It is only a five minute walk to downtown Salt Lake City and only one block from the BLUE & GREEN Trax line- the closest stop is the Temple Square Station.
The Green Trax line takes about 20 minutes and is very easy to maneuver. It's $2.50 for a one-way, direct trip from the Airport to the condo.
Because you are in a condo and other tenants are sensitive to the smell of smoke in or near the building. Please be respectful and smoke away form the buildings. There is a maverick next door with benches!
We look forward to having you stay in our condo! Please ask if you have any questions!
Great location! Enjoyed being very close to the city center!
We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival. The unit is so close to everything we needed access to. The place was clean and we were surprised to see there was also a washer and dryer. The unit was bigger than I expected. The bathroom is interesting, but works! Access was easy and felt safe. The bed in the bedroom felt more like a double bed and the other two beds (pull out couch and rolling cot) were unusable. Luckily we brought an air mattress. Marc was quick to reply to any messages.
Thank you
This place exceeded my expectations! It was clean, easy to get to, and is in walking distance of the Salt Palace and Temple Square! Marc helped me quickly when there was a mixup with the move-in code. Would totally stay again.
so cute and fun experience got to walk around downtown as well :)
This location was not what we expected. When we got there the code did not work for the door. Then when we got inside there was a very strong aroma of cannabis. I do think it was from another apartment but we have small kids and did not feel comfortable staying there. There were also no smoke detectors. My husband has been a forefighter for over 20 years and knows what a smoke detector looks like!!! There were none. We did not stay her and had to book a hotel down the street. We of course got no money back so it was not a pleasant experience overall. I think without kids is a better option for this location.
Marc was a great host. The place was very cozy and a short walk to the train and down town.
Cute and 7 mins from convention center which is where our meetings were during our stay.
Overall positive stay, condo is in great proximity to downtime SLC.
Great location, but in need of a remodel. Sofa bed was unusable. Not enough bedding or towels, bathroom was scary. On the other hand, it was a charming old building in the heart of Salt Lake and we generally enjoyed our stay. Had nice, secure parking.
My husband and I travelled to SLC for business and stayed in this adorable and very comfortable condo. It was clean and furnished nicely. Great location. It was in walking distance to downtown and the Vivint Center where we were and to catch a last minute Utah Jazz game. The code to get in I originally got was wrong but Mark answered my late night promptly and was very polite and helpful. Which I was grateful for after coming in on a delayed flight that didn’t get us to the condo until 1am.
