    This property was great for location and also is a nice property. At arrival the code that was sent to our phone and the room number was incorrect we had to contact Vacasa who host this room to get the right room information took about 20 minutes. The room is nice but could use some updating on the bathroom. The Tiki bar and restaurant located at the condo is so overpriced. One mixed drink using house alcohol is over $15 each. Nothing on the menu at the restaurant that is reasonable in price. Bring your own drinks and food for while you’re at the hotel. Beach was great and clean! The hotel front desk doesn’t help with anything nor can they tell you anything about your reservation. You must contact the number sent to you by Vacasa for any concerns or questions or any problems while at your stay. Overall, a great place and a lot of fun. Don’t forget your own drinks and food as the prices are extremely expensive.

    When we arrived at the property we were given the incorrect access code to the room and had to wait. When we attempted to open the door the bottom of the door jams against the floor and the stripping on the bottom of the door is hanging off. The room is in disrepair and very antiquated. In the Kitchenette there was no spatula and the forks and knives were obviously purchased years ago at either a tag sale or salvage store. The bathroom was extremely antiquated and the cabinet was falling apart. When I attempted to use the shower water from the shower head went spraying all over as the shower head was very old and had been repaired incorrectly. There is a door between the room and an adjacent unit that does not fit correctly. When the adjacent tenants turned on their lights our room lit up like daylight and we heard every word they were saying as though they were sitting in our room with us. For the money charged to stay there, it is outrageous.

    About half of the lights/outlets didn’t work. The ceiling fan light was broken. Bed frame broken. The bathroom door is falling apart. Generally unkept space.

    Unit needs a lot of work; the bathroom door is falling apart along with the bed frame. Unit did not seem very clean. There was no heat in the unit either with temps in the low 40's it was very uncomfortable. We had to call the management number to receive the correct unit number then the door code would not work.

    The door does not seal so all you hear are s doors slamming all night about every fifteen minutes. You can actually hear every time the elevator dings on the other side of the building. Aweful!

    The building itself was very nice, and especially clean. Everyday we would leave and upon entering, it smelled and looked extremely clean. The room was perfect, it provided everything we needed and was quiet and peaceful. Loved everything and will be back!! Please let us know if you are ever interested in selling!! That’s how much we loved it!

    Customer service with Vicasa was horrible, we couldn’t get in our room for over an hour late because they couldn’t get us the correct code, pillows, sheets and bedding were nasty. We have tried to contact Vacasa numerous times and they would reply that they would get back with us and now as we are checked out, we still haven’t heard from anyone. Customer service was HORRIBLE!!!

    Please fix the toilet. It’s not enjoyable filling the tank by hand or having to go to the outside bathroom by the pool at all hours of the night. The hallways is also never cleaned and the neighbor were extremely loud.
