Stayed Aug 22, 2025The stay was great. The location was clean and very relaxing. The only negative, the website should list which units have a grill. I noticed other units did, maybe I just missed it during my reservation. Overall I could come back.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great vacation spot - on the Boyne property. There's plenty to do here, great trails, near Boyne City, Petoskey, etc. Condo was very clean and well maintained.

Stayed Mar 25, 2024Beautiful clean home. Great location and safe neighborhood. Close to slopes. The only things that could be improved are the masyer bedroom mattress is very uncomfortable and is like a taco. The other thing is there is not a washer/dryer which was bery inconvient because we had to pack heavy for our trip. Not fun loading and unloading the suitcases.

Reviewer Comments: The snow didn't cooperate so we were not able to go out the back to hit the slope but just a quick walk around 1 building is Boyneland so it's a good location. It is not as updated as some other condos but it is super clean and well maintained.
