Stayed Sep 2, 2022This condo is super cute and the location can't be beat. Was able to get to Rocky Mountain National Park in 30 minutes and was about the same distance to Grand Lake. The location at the base of the mountain also led to some end of the season music and fun. The hosts were very communicative and check in/out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Aug 12, 2022Base Camp One is always a great place to stay in Granby Ranch. As is expected in this area there is no air conditioning because of temperate climate. During a hot summer day it can be warm but there were plenty of fans in the place and it was very comfortable. Plenty of amenities and very comfortable beds. Great place

Stayed Sep 24, 2021This condo is a corner unit on the 2nd floor. Great views out windows and patio, lots of sun. Floor plan is very functional, with lots of space for the four of us. Super comfortable furniture and beds, cozy fireplace, and nice/fun decor. Great value, would stay again!

Stayed Sep 17, 2021This location had everything we could need! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The unit had games, movies, and books we took advantage of as well! The location was amazing and has plenty of small walking trails and beautiful views, but is also plenty close to town if you want to go eat or look around. 10 out of 10 recommend and we are hoping to be back soon!!
