We had a great time during our stay. Plenty of room. Loved the fireplace.
Unit was really clean and everything worked!
This entire stay was a disaster. Upon checking in and following the check in instructions (codes didn’t work), we realized the door was unlocked so we let ourselves in. The property had not be cleaned from the previous renters. Beds were unmade, dirty towels on the floor, dirty bathrooms, unflushed toilets, trash in the trash cans. We immediately contacted the property manager via email and phone and got voicemails and no response from the email. When we finally got a response they said they were looking into it. I’ve been contacted VRBO and was told that these were minor issues and that they would also look into it. The management company did not send anyone out to clean the property and we were forced to find another place to rent just a few doors down. During our state, they never sent anyone to clean the property and they never reached out to try to remedy the problem. Upon leaving, I did one last check to see if they had ever come to clean the property as they never followed up via phone or email. I walked through the property again, and it was exactly as it was when we checked in. This management company is terrible. I would not deal with them in the future if I didn’t have to. There was even a note from the actual owner of the unit, apologizing and telling me how embarrassed he was at the management company had not clean the unit. I am seeking a full refund.

The place was great, cozy and just what we needed but the dishwasher had over flowed and the there were mouse droppings in one of the bathrooms which was a minor setback. Would still return.
Proximity to Dollar Mtn is unmatched. Comfortable accommodations, sparkling white linens and towels. Fully equipped kitchen. New floors in some common areas.
Location was very good. Parking convenient, management responsive in a timely fashion.
This is a great condo and a good price. It is nicely furnished, and the extra large dining table was a wonderful bonus. We'd be happy to come again!
The location is great. It is a comfortable condo, but it is very outdated. In addition, there was no washer as advertised, and one of the balconies had a large box on it which rendered the balcony unusable.
I rented this property to enjoy time hiking with my family and my best friend whom I haven’t seen in several years. When we arrived, the unit was extremely hot and smelled like a dead animal. Additional the carpet was dirty and the furniture was old and worn out. I called the property manager to see what we could do about the smell and heat since there was no AC or fans. She wouldn’t talk to me on the phone, only by text. When I persisted, she said she could get some fans the next morning and try to bring air purifiers to neutralize the smell. I told her it wasn’t livable that night, yet she did nothing to accommodate us. We stayed in a hotel the first night on our dime, and then came back to the unit for the rest of the 10 day stay after they brought fans and purified the air. The unit was livable, but not a pleasant experience - especially for what we paid per night. A little customer service would have gone a long way to improve my experience!
