* Please note that covered parking is in a shared garage and available for one vehicle.
** As of May 1st, all renters must purchase a $10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full-benefit member's home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    We stayed in the summer. Remember that mountain properties don't have air conditioning. There was only one box fan and it did not circulate enough cool air.

    We went for a wedding in June. The location is great. However we literally sweated when in the room and slept on top of the covers. The heat would not turn off- and yes I notified the manager daily. When it is cold that is likely great. It was not great in the summer.

    Top floor of building overlooking ski hill. Garage under building with elevators and ski locker. Well appointed and stocked. Carpet is stained but otherwise clean. Gas fireplace, cable TV and wifi. 5yrd.walk to chairlift.

    The location was really great for being close to the lift...unfortunately late night snow grooming kept us up ALL night long with bright lights and constant loud beeping. I don't know if this is normal operations, but it made for long, terrible nights.

    We really enjoy the location of this condo. It had everything we needed. It is time for some updated and better-quality linens, bedspreads, and mattresses. Some of the furniture is also very worn.

    We really enjoyed the convenience of the lodge. It was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back. Great communication on check in and parking codes. Plenty of supplies were there for us for kitchen and bathroom needs.
