SKI GRANBY RANCH Colorado Ski onsite. 3 BR & 2 bath POOL! 20 min to Winter Park

Nice property, convenient to Granby ranch. Condo is on the third floor (no elevator). Kitchen had everything we needed. Two balconies. One private balcony to the master bedroom. Mattress in master bedroom could use replacing. It is better suited for back sleepers. Gas fireplace in living room was warm. Plenty of linens available. Would prefer extended check in times. Check out is 10am and check in is at 5pm.

Throughly enjoyed our stay! We had fun playing games and watching movies by the fireplace while it snowed outside, so cozy!! Loved that City Market grocery store was just across the street, had to run over (several times) for items we forgot to bring. The only struggle we had was the bed. My husband and I are used to sleeping on a very soft bed so we found the memory foam mattress to be uncomfortably hard. After the first night we added several blankets to the mattress which helped us sleep better the rest of our stay. Overall we had a great time!

Great location, comfortable, plenty of amenities.

This turned out to be pretty much perfect for what we needed. It was easy to get to and there was a very nice grocery store, gas station, etc., just across the highway.

It is a great condo house for a family vacation stay. We were enjoyed all days we spent in the house, specially when the time we were back from a long hiking, tired and hungry, we feel we are in our own home, we could find everything we need to treat our hunger and have a peaceful rest. My family agree we will stay same place for next time when we visit rocking mountain national park.

The condo was perfect for our short trip. The place had ample space with 3 bedrooms, we enjoyed the living area as a family and played games. The access to the Athletic Facility (workout room, pool, hot tubs and sauna) was a nice bonus. Easy access to the grocery store and to nearby towns. Enjoyed our stay very much!

This is a wonderful place to stay! Close to everything, quiet location, tons of space for a family of 5. Condo had great amenities…. Fluffy towels, stocked kitchen, warm fireplace. You name it!

The host was always able and willing to answer any questions!

Jennifer was great to work with getting everything lined up. The place was super clean. Everything we needed was there. Will hopefully stay there again sometime.

Overall, our stay was very nice. The place was clean and nice. I would have liked there to be silverware, however, versus plastic ware. I'd stay there again!

My family of five enjoyed our stay very much. Our check-in instructions were clear so that went smoothly. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived, and we greatly appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were. Having a grocery store so close by was also a real plus. My boys were particularly excited to find the game of Risk amongst your game selection and wasted no time in putting that to good use. : ) Thanks for a fun, comfortable stay!

Everything was within 5-15 minutes away that we needed to go for the wedding.

Get together with friends of over 40 years. Great place to stay. Easy and central location to many site seeing locations.

The property was exactly as advertised (other than disclosing it was on a 3rd floor with stairs only until after it was booked).It had everything we needed for our short stay. It was a nice floor plan and the beds were very comfy in all the rooms. We didn't used the washer but the dryer was nice to have on hand. It was pretty warm while we were there, but they had plenty of fans available for use to help cool off the rooms. There were plenty of places for food, fun and shopping nearby. We ate at Debbie's Little Diner and the food was amazing!! A short distance away was Winter Park where we enjoyed a day. Another day was spent at Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park (only a 25 minute drive).This is a great location and Jennifer was amazing with getting any information that I asked and was always quick with her responses! We would definitely stay here again in the future if we are in the area.

Communication was great, location was right where we needed to be. Rooms/beds were what we needed. Would stay here again. Confused on if there was pool use anywhere?

We had delightful time staying at the Grandby Ranch! We had ample amount of room for our family. We were 25 minutes to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park! We were able to boat in Shadow Mountain Lake and ride horses with Rocky Mountain Stables! The condo was a perfect location for all the activities! Thank you!

We stayed at Granby Ranch with our daughter, son-in-law and their three kids. The condo was perfect for all of us! Very well stocked and felt like home. The location was so great with us traveling to Winter Park, Grand Lake, Granby and Rocky Mountain National Park daily to hike and see the area. Only down side was we picked a very hot week! We would absolutely stay here again! Max and Jennifer were so great to communicate with too! We highly recommend!!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our ski trip to Colorado. Just a short drive to Winter Park and well worth it for the amount of money we saved.

Relaxing

This place was excellent. No issues. Beds have extremely firm mattresses, which was perfect for me but might not be for everyone. Would happily stay here again.

The property is super convenient to Granby Ranch. There were adequate spaces for the 8 of us to sleep. Plenty of towels. We all thoroughly enjoyed the week.

Great condo with a lot of space! Bedding was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. It is on 3rd floor so need to climb stairs. Normal ski condo wear, but overall a fantastic stay! Would definitely stay here again!

This property is perfect for larger families with many amenities. Although I was solo this trip and didn't need the extra space, it was nice to see all the games, blankets, and large bathroom.

It's a very cozy condo! Very spacious! Skied in Winter Park, not too far of a drive. I recommend this condo 5 stars!

Fast and great communication with property owner. Condo a little run down. Very soiled carpet and older paint, shower curtains etc. However, comfortable beds!

Such a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. Very comfy and welcoming. Everything was located close by and very convenient. The house was very clean, access to a washer and dryer was nice! The view was beautiful! We enjoyed every second of our stay.

This place is in a great location and great for families or multiple adults. There is plenty of space and it is an easy drive to Winter Park or other areas to hike. The only minor downside is it would get a bit warm in the afternoons (85° inside at one point) and the small fans and open windows can’t cool it down until midnight or so. Would definitely stay again!

This condo worked perfectly for us. Easy access to all of the summer activites we wanted to do. The grocery store across the street was super convenient. I bought a few ears of sweet corn from the market and this condo had the little corn holders...yay! I am a single parent traveling with 2 children under 10. I felt very safe at this condo. The complex was very quiet. I enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning while taking in the beautiful mountain views. Very clean condo with a fantastic host. Thanks again!
