View from the balcony was awesome

Fantastic view! Right on the beach!Good responses to our needs…(i. e…. dishwasher needed reset and the iron was missing.)

The check in process wasn’t great as we had to drive to another location to pick up keys and parking passes. The dishwasher was broken. There were no starter amenities (like soap). The location was great though. I’d just recommend you pack everything you’d need and include some lanyards for the room/ building key.

Everything was great as far as the property. It was clean and had the perfect view. The only bad thing was i paid extra to stay until 12:00 pm instead of leaving at 9:00 am and when we went downstairs for a while at 10:00 when we came back to the condo we couldn't get in because the door code was changed at 9. There was no one on the property to help us. I had to use someone elses phone to call the property to get the door code changed. All of that took an hour.

Our only complaint was the check in process and the umbrella/chair rentals. The key fobs etc could be left on the kitchen counter instead of off site. We were not informed that the chairs and umbrellas at the beach had to be reserved way in advance. The view was incredible! The unit could use some TLC updating but we were generally happy.

Inconvenience for people flying from different state because you could not pack household supply as detergent, shampoo, soap ,paper towel, bath tissue.they just give initial supply for first 24 hours.

Part 1 of review: We will NEVER use this company again. Felt they were not very forthcoming with things and handled things very poorly. The unit was very dirty. There’s no telling when the last time it was swept or mopped prior to us getting there. Our feet turned black from how dirty the floors were. There was all kinds of food crumbs in the kitchen and sand all over the floors. The master jacuzzi tub jets and the shower had mold in them.The unit must have been in the middle of a remodel and we were not notified prior to our stay. All the appliances looked brand new. There’s dishwasher was placed to far back and it was difficult to start. The fridge still had the stickers in it. The guest bathroom smelled very strongly of paint. The toilet paper holder also fell off the wall within a couple uses.The unit is very minimalist. Hardly any decor. There was only a handful of cooking utensils. Had the very basic things: 1 giant spatula, whisk, ice cream scoop, cutting knives, ladles, etc. There were only 2 measuring cups and 4 glass drinking cups. They did have some pots and pans. Bring spices and your own measuring cups if planning on cooking. No sink stopper or dish towel to wash the non dishwasher safe dish ware. There weren’t any games or books like most other condos have. In the whole unit, there were only 2 rugs. None in the kitchen or even the bathrooms, which lead to my mother slipping and falling when she got out of the shower.

Overall it’s a beautiful tower and property but could definitely use a super deep clean! Working with the managing company on this stay was an absolute nightmare though.

The view was absolutely breathe taking in this condo. From waking up in the morning to large windows with the sunrise and ocean to watching the sunset every evening on the patio. The condo was clean, the builling was clean and very nice. Overall beyond happy with our stay at this property!

Location was great.

We stayed at property in the end of June 2024. Condo needed to be renovated 10 years ago. A lot of plates and bowls are broken. Fry pan is complete garbage. There are no salt, no paper, nothing for the start. Floor in small bathroom was never washed for month probably. Some towels are very old and gray. Location of condo and view are very good. You not allowed to bring own umbrella to the beach ( safety reason), so you have to buy set ( 2 chairs and umbrella) for $65 per day, or only umbrella for $25 per day. Condo has underground garage. Water clear and warm. Management company Southern Vacation Rentals is responding quick if there is any problems.

Location and property absolutely beautiful. Loved the proximity to the beach. I think the condo decor could be updated a bit but just my personal opinion. There was a drape in the master bedroom that needed to be rehung. I would definitely book this property again. First time in Destin and will be back next year.

Loved the location. Management was wonderful. A fluke accident happened where the door locked from the inside, and management came right away and fixed it. The condo could you a good deep cleaning, but overall it was good. I would stay there again.,

We had a wonderful stay in this small condo. The amenities are top notch at Silver Beach Towers. 2 beautiful pools, private beach access and a stoplight at the entrance to save you the headache of trying to pull out in the crazy traffic. 6 adults stayed the week and had plenty of space to move around. The kitchen is well equipped, although a crock pot would be nice ? The view from the balcony is amazing. I highly recommend this property for a beach Vacay.
