Stayed Apr 14, 2026The location of this property was excellent--close to grocery stores, easy to find, walkable. The description was perfect and just what we were looking for in a property. The furnishings were lovely. It was quiet. The 2nd floor location was just what we preferred--fewer people walking by, talking. There were two pools--I mainly used the smaller unheated pool as there were fewer people and no children. We loved our stay in Scottsdale and very much appreciate Wes and Myles for all their help.

Stayed Mar 25, 2026I hate to shoot myself in the foot because I want to come back and stay here again, but I don’t think the pictures do justice to how nice the unit actually is so more people might be more inclined to book. Always nice to be favorably surprised as opposed to the alternative.

Stayed Mar 15, 2026The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There was a nice heated pool at the office and a smaller one that wasnt heated on the other side of the complex. The beds were comfortable and the couch is a sleeper which worked well for my teenager. This was close to everything in scottsdale, it was about 15 minutes to great wolf lodge, odysea, and mideval times. Theres a gro ery store and several restaurants next door.

Stayed Mar 1, 2026Very satisfied with this condo, everything about it was as advertised. Our rep for the condo (Wes) was awesome. We had an issue with the thermostat the first evening we were there, he came to the condo the next morning and fixed it.

Stayed Dec 5, 2025We stayed 9 nights & enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for us. Walkable to stores & restaurants. Quick drive to hiking.The beds were comfortable & we appreciated the dark curtains in the bedrooms. Every appliance we used worked. The parking spot is at the end, so that was nice.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice month long stay at Villa Zen. Nice location with stores, restaurants etc. within short walking distance and many more a short drive or longer walk away. Easy to get on the 101 freeway. Fairly quiet clean easy to deal with management, worked out well for my wife and I on a short notice. Will definitely consider renting again!
