Short Walk to the Beach. Great Area Of Town!

We had a wonderful stay! This home is well cared for, clean, and provided everything you'll need for your stay. It's a short, easy walk to the beach and far enough away to be more peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay. Description was spot on. We were close to everything. We look forward to staying again.

The only issue was there was not a connection to the garage from inside the home.

We enjoyed the location of the property with just a short distance to the beach and boardwalk.The home was clean with plenty of room and stocked with cooking supplies, towels, bedding and some paper products. Great location for Shamrock marathon weekend.Having two parking places ( garage and driveway) was very helpful!

Enough room to spread out and relax after long days of walking around. Everything is within walking distance, parked the car in the garage and never had to use it all qeek.

This place is awesome. Located close to water and shopping. Unit was very clean and instructions left were clear and informative. Owners responded to messages a fast and were very accommodating. Made our first trip to the area stress free and memorable. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful place.

Our family ventured down to Virginia Beach to celebrate my daughter’s one year anniversary. We did stay at two different locations. My daughter and SIL stayed at a BNB called the Barkley which has recently, sadly, been sold. We chose to stay at 333 25th St again because we stayed here in 2019 with the kids. The house is still the same. We love the layout of this condo. Two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms makes life so much more enjoyable. The laundry is a nice convenience and keeps things clean and tidy. The lower level Kitchen and Open Floor plan into the dining area and family room keeps everyone comfortable and able to gather with conversation. The dinner table was the perfect fit for us and my daughter and SIL to visit for a meal. The house gives you access to the AC so you can stay comfortable day and night. There is ceiling fans throughout the condo which is amazing and nice to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped, but may need some extra things. I usually travel with my own pans and griddle. The condo does supply bathroom towels and beach towels if you forget. We always bring our own Beach Towels. The porches off the kitchen, back of the living room and off the Master is also a nice convenience. The condo is literally a 5 minute walk to the beach and many, many restaurants and stores. So if you forget anything, it’s right there to buy. We had a long drive down and hit tons of traffic, but there is no easy way into Virginia Beach. Sherri also answered all my questions. Thanks

Sherri’s place was wonderful! The location is amazing, so close to the beach, boardwalk, and all the shops and dining. We were in town for the Point Break Music Festival and we loved our time here. Coming back and hanging out together in the comfy living room and the very cold ac after a long hot day was the best! The Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and everything you might need. Sherri you are a gracious and accommodating host and we will definitely be back next year!

Place had a smell that you could tell it was just cleaned. Had exactly what we were hoping for. 2 br n 2.5 baths with a garage. Perfect

We came for our kids wrestling event and this home was only like 12 mins from the sports complex which was wonderful. It was also only a short walk to the ocean which was a great way for the Teenagers to burn off some extra energy. Being on a side street also made for pretty quiet nights. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a long weekend in Oct to officially close out the summer. Everything on the beach was way too expensive so we tried to find the closest thing and this condo/townhouse fit the bill perfectly. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and the best part was the garage where we could put our bikes and beach stuff. It was a short 2 block walk to the beach and we appreciated the wagon provided to transport our stuff. The kitchen was one of the better stocked kitchens we've experienced in a rental and there are plenty of restaurants around if you don't feel like cooking. Overall a great experience and we'd definitely go back!

This is our second time staying here....and it is just as lovely as the first time.... restaurants, shops and the beach within a short walking distance. Wouldn't want to stay any place else!
