Stayed Sep 11, 2025Property was perfect. Clean, lovely decorations. More than enough towels and other amenities. Would stay here again. Note. If you don’t like stairs you might want to look for another spot. But this was fine for us 62 & 64.

Stayed Sep 25, 2024We had the best time. Having a golf view with biking paths wrapped around the golf course made it extra special. We didn’t realize how the ease of sitting on our balcony, watching our kids ride bikes right in front of us would be so ideal. Biking to the beach was a simple 1 to 2 minute bike ride. The house was updated, clean and felt nice being there. Our first stay at Kiawah was at the Sanctuary, but we all agreed that this stay was the best. We are so excited to go back. ?

Stayed Jun 18, 2022Left one day early . We had I think palmetto bugs crawling on my son in the middle of The night which woke him up . Large black bugs . I called the facility to let them know we would be Leaving that day . I would suggest and see if the place was sprayed prior to arrival. I was told quarterly and i asked if they could spray before another family came there . Just a bad experience for us . So we left .

Stayed May 28, 2022We loved this stay! Not only is Kiawah a fabulous destination for a relaxing vacation, the golf course view from this condo is beautiful! We found this unit to be the most well appointed and cleanest unit we have ever rented on VRBO. We also were thrilled with the responsiveness of the property management group when we had questions. My only issue was that I don’t fully understand induction cooktops and would have benefitted from a how to use guide. I definitely recommend this unit!
