Hurricane Ian caused no damage to this unit. This is a beautiful, ground floor condo in a great location with everything that you would expect and more. A 2015 remodel included, new granite counter tops, cabinets, flooring, windows and blinds were installed. In 2022 both bathrooms were remodeled to include tiled showers, new counter tops and hardware. The unit comes with Internet and WiFi. There is a shaded patio to enjoy those warm evenings.

Stayed Sep 14, 2024This condo is in a great location, near to downtown and a beautiful, private beach. It’s comfortable and was spotless upon arrival. The owner is very nice and extremely accommodating. Checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was fine. We were extremely happy with everything.

Stayed Dec 30, 2022We had an amazing visit staying in this beatiful Naples Condo. The unit itself is spotless, updated, spacious, and comfortable. The location is ideal with many shops and restaurants in the immediate area. The beach is only one mile away and the Park Shore beach pass was quite a perk. LOVED our stay here and we wouldnt hesitate in returning to this lovely unit.

Stayed Feb 22, 20222B/2baths big enough for 2 adults, enough parking for visiting guests as well. Covered parking for unit owners a plus. 10/15 minutes drive to 5th avenue in downtown Naples. Nice walking along the Gordon River park.

Stayed Oct 20, 2017Our stay at 701 Neapolitan can be described in one word, “PERFECT”! Two minutes to the gated beach and parking area! (Fantastic beach). One minute walk to Publix and variety of reasturants! Great condo. Don’t look any further, rent this property! Dave & Jack, thanks again. You guys are the BEST. D & C in Kansas
