The property was double booked! We were unable to stay there. We spent most of the 4th. of july trying to find a place to stay. We ended up at a Holiday Inn in Fremont 30 miles from Port Clinton. We spoke with seven different customer service folks, to no avail! Finally on Saturday morning the 5th. of July a representative contacted us at 7:30 AM, after 30 minutes on the phone they found a place for us at a hotel in Port Clinton. However we had lots of food and drink with us as we thought we were staying in a condominium. The hotel had no place to prepair food so a lot of stuff went to waste. This was a terrible experience!

Condo was awful, left early because of conditions. There are numerous maintenance problems: carpet in bedroom soaked from portable air conditioner, sliding doors falling off or not able to open or different to open. Sink has crack with tape and can’t be used and has been that way for years. Furniture is very dated and has lost their support. Decks were dirty and windows very dirty. I feel like there maybe mold in bedroom with soaked carpet because of ongoing flooding. VRBO needs to take this unit off the site, I don’t feel comfortable using them anymore

As soon as we walked through the door we noticed an odor, it smelled of wet dog. But no dogs allowed so who knows what it was. The A/C units are loud. One is a portable unit and the other is the window type unit. The floor mats in the kitchen and bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned all year. The crack in the sink is still there from what I read of another post. All the patios for the unit had dead mayflies all over. Why wouldn't the person responsible for cleaning sweep them up? Also you can hear conversations of people in the parking lot and upstairs as we were trying to sleep. The place is not quiet at all. So what I've learned from my 1st VRBO trip is it will be my last. Also Mike will respond to matters hours if not days later

Very nice complex with a common patio where we watched the outstanding total eclipse with all our new best friends.

Mike responded to every question promptly. Did not get to use pool and hot tub due to bad weather but both looked very nice.

Loved the grounds. The pool was amazing. Would recommend a better bed in the spare bedroom.

The condo was outstanding, great location, quiet, outstanding humidity, other tenants and residents were great to talk to. Outstanding pool, great patio area. Worth twice what we paid.

We walked into the kitchen. The sink had a crack in it with a piece of tape over it. A note on the back splash telling us not to use the sink. Moved the toaster to get a cutting board out from underneath. Crumbs and 2 bugs came out of the toaster. Living room furniture has a lot to be desired. There is two wicker chairs. No support in the middle of the chair. Felt like you were sitting on a toilet seat. The sofa had a bad sag in the middle.
