Stayed Oct 2, 2025The condo itself was great. Pool and grills Involved walking across the parking lot to get to, this is my fault for not researching prior. The disappointing issue was that renting, one seems like a second class citizen. Other condos we have stayed at don't differentiate between owners and renters. Here owners had there own beach setups that differed, and renters moved around daily to accomodate for owners to have best spots. Also owners parking in front and covered. Nice to have a hierarchy for a vacation stay.

Stayed Aug 31, 2025We had a very nice time. The condo is very spacious and open. The air conditioner works great very comfortable patio furniture that had extra box fans. The beach view was great. The check-in process was great great communication through text with either owner or property manager. I’m not sure who I was communicating with but very quick replies And nothing against the condo because it happens everywhere but I was on the balcony and several times I could smell marijuana which no big deal it’s happened at other condos. We’ve stayed at in Destin. I just wish people would have respect for others but nothing to do with the condo or the place. I would stay here again thank you very much for allowing us to stay here. I left two very personal items there and I was called immediately upon checkout to let me know that they were going to ship it back to me. I paid the UPS shipping, but I thought that was very honest of them to call and let me know and I appreciate it very much.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025My family of 7 stayed for 4 days and were very comfortable in this condo. Everything was clean. AirConditioning works great. Could use better mattresses for us older people but otherwise no complaints.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024The only down fall to this stay didn’t have anything to do with the condo, but we weren’t able to use our Wind Ninja on the beach, we had to rent beach service. The condo was wonderful and perfect for our family of 5.
